We stayed here as part of a wedding party and had a fantastic experience. The location is beautiful, right next to Richmond Park with lovely views of the Thames, making it a perfect setting for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. Their attention and positive attitude really added to the enjoyment of the celebrations. A special thank you to Roseanne for her excellent tips and recommendations, which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel.

One of the oldest hotels in the area, you will be impressed by the kindness of the staff and the obvious cleanliness of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel though I'd have liked a view for the expense. Rooms were comfortable. Service was excellent throughout
