We had trouble with the parking app but the receptionist was very helpful and sorted it for we non-techies. The room was small, the curtains not properly fitted due to broken hooks, there was limited hanger space, no drawer space at all and the bedside 'slot' was too small to accommodate even a mobile. For a three night stay it was cramped, but may suit an overnight visit.

Room was clean and well presented. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Aldi is just across the road. Very convenient location near the Quays.

I want to share an amazing experience when I stayed in TL Salford Quays. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, closeby to shops and public transportation. Besides all this, I want to thank personally, Arnas, James and Charlotte in the Front office who did their best to accomodate any requests from my side. So Thank you Arnas, James and Charlotte. Please continue your good work, you all are the 5 stars for TL. For sure, I will come back to stay again and again for your BEST customer service. You 3 made my stay so pleasant.
