Travelodge Sheffield Meadowhall

Too expensive

We had a very enjoyable one night stay the facilities in the room are better than other travelodge sites and the breakfast was vey good. Amanda the manager and staff made us very welcome and provided excellent service

I stay here for work every now and again, and can't fault it. The staff are lovely, very friendly and really helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is always good.

Highways around the hotel make a lot of noise, the windows have to be closed when sleeping, and it is too hot.

Good size, clean rooms and helpful, pleasant, and polite staff. Good choice if food at breakfast and a large car park. The only downside is that it is very close to some busy roads and railway but that wasn't a major issue during my stay.

Slightly expensive for the hotel which highlights itself budget hotel but overall just another good travelodge

I am leaving 2 stars just because of matt who saved this management service matt is the only sensible service member at this hotel at check in was not welcomed at all the lady sat inside clearly saw me but ignored i stood for 2-3 minutes straight looking towards her but until i called she actually came out of the office. In the morning at the desk lady try to charge me tea for £3 but matt standing their said i would hate to charge you £3 because you can buy the breakfast for £10 something which i was happy with lady with red hair seemed rude just not bothered it seems like this particular brach of travel lodge have some staff who i believe treat you differently if you are from a different ethnicity other then English i am a business man and travel always their are some great travel lodge experiences i have had but other then matt i think every other staff need a brief or transfer bad for business how ever matt is the only staff member making effort and treating everyone equally in my opinion thank you for your time if you have read all of this.

Get what you pay for. Bathroom has a smell from the people before with just one liquid for the shower. Stains on the floors, linen and towels.

Excellent service nice and clean room

I'm a dedicated Travel-lodger. This is the best I've been to in the UK. Vicky and company couldn't do more to make me feel welcome. Lovely and new. I'm sure the lift could do with a holiday, but you can't have it all. Still 5 stars on service and facilities alone.
