Excelente, muito bom!!

Terrible experience – hotel does not match the advertised description I stayed at this hotel between June 6th and 7th, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel does not match what is advertised, especially in the information and images provided by booking websites. The accommodations are old, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, and the curtains do not have blackout lining, allowing excessive light in, which significantly compromises the quality of rest. The most negative aspect of the stay, however, was the reception service during check-in. I was attended to by a receptionist identified as Alcides, whose attitude was arrogant, overbearing, and extremely unpleasant. The other employee who accompanied him also showed evident ill will and lack of cordiality. The feeling conveyed was that they were doing me a favor by attending to me, something totally incompatible with the expected standard of service in a lodging establishment. Before the trip, I requested a room on a high floor and away from the elevator in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was accommodated on the 1st floor, exactly in front of the elevator. When I inquired about the room's location, the receptionist stated that it was not in front of the elevator, information that proved completely false upon arrival. Another disappointing aspect was the breakfast. The photos advertised create a much higher expectation than what is actually offered. The variety is limited and the quality is only basic, far below the image the hotel tries to convey. In short, the experience was quite frustrating. Considering the price charged, there are several accommodation options in Curitiba with far superior structure, comfort, and service. This was my first and certainly last stay at this hotel. I do not intend to return and would not recommend it to others.

A prime location for those entering and leaving the city. Clean room and linens, a great shower, and a TV with several channels available. The covered garage is spacious and easy to maneuver. The breakfast is very good, catering to all tastes. The reception staff and employees in general are polite and helpful.

Terrible experience, the mattress felt like a board, breakfast consisted of stale bread and scrambled eggs that looked like grease, and aside from the hotel's location, the rest was the worst possible experience.

Excellent hotel! Everything was very clean and working perfectly! It's close to everything: bus station, train station, public market, museums, city center... in short, a strategic location. Breakfast with variety. Dinner was very good, with several options on the menu and a fair price!
