Hotel Saint Paul

Well located and clean. Reasonably comfortable room. Simple and good breakfast. But in the restaurant the staff are rude, they serve customers from a distance and in a gruff manner. They even play loud music during breakfast, as if it were a dive bar at night. Absurd.

Wonderful stay. All the staff are super helpful! Including reception and restaurant. A very special thank you to Ivis who received me twice, in the early morning, very well. Another big thank you to Nicole and Alan. However, absolutely everyone deserves congratulations. Whenever I return to Manaus, I will stay here. Congratulations to the HR team and managers for the fantastic team. Incredible location. Very comfortable room. The rooms have beautiful views, especially those facing the Amazonas Theatre!

My experience is entirely positive in every way. An excellent breakfast, very good service, and a very meticulous housekeeper. However, I wanted to thank everyone for their kindness, but I want to highlight Nicole at reception for her excellent service, her sweetness in dealing with customers, and her friendliness.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Manaus. The weak point is the very simple breakfast.

Whenever I go to Manaus I stay at this hotel. Good location, great price, and okay rooms. The breakfast could be improved; but nothing to complain about!

Simple hotel with a great location.

The room wasn't clean. The floor was dirty and there was loose hair. The bed wasn't fine; it wobbled (I weigh 49 kg). I found bugs on the bed that were walking and jumping. In short, it wasn't a good experience.
