Sauna Ricardo Jafet

The WORST sauna in São Paulo. At first glance, the place might give a good impression: it's well located and has only a reasonable structure. The problem starts with the service, which is practically nonexistent. The staff were extremely rude, and the owner displayed an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. I've been to establishments with bad service, but none compare to the experience I had here. At the bar, the service is nonexistent. Furthermore, because I couldn't find a padlock right away, I was approached aggressively by the owner, who started hurling insults at me. I was exposed and humiliated in front of other people, something absolutely unacceptable in any establishment. You'd rather go to a sewer full of rats than frequent this place. More than flaws in the structure or organization, there's a lack of education, professionalism, commitment, and, above all, respect for customers. Seek pleasure, but before that, frequent places that respect their customers. Here, respect is nowhere to be found!

My experience was extremely negative. The service left much to be desired in several aspects. On one occasion, customers were left waiting in the cold area after the sauna, without proper attention, which demonstrated a lack of care for those using the space. At the bar, the service was poor, with delays and little willingness to assist. There was also the impression that the attention and cordiality varied according to the interest in selling higher-value products or services. In addition, the manager's attitude was, in several situations, disrespectful and lacked the expected politeness in customer service. As a customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and equal treatment for everyone, regardless of what they were consuming. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and, based on the facts I witnessed, I do not recommend the place.

Every time I go to São Paulo I make a point of stopping by this sauna; it reminds me of saunas abroad, it's luxurious and welcoming, not to mention that the owner and his partner are lovely...

The facilities are terrible for the price they charge. 65 reais and the Jacuzzi has been broken/out of service for ages. There are much better saunas in the city.
