The room was nice with full amenities and a good location. However, check-in was a nightmare — this is a residential condo with no front desk, and the security guard didn’t know my booking. It took almost 40 minutes and several calls before I got a room. If booking through Expedia, be careful — the owner doesn’t communicate directly, and staff don’t speak English.
