Great place, excellent service and attention

The place is closed long time ago. There is not even any sign of it remaining there. Just some homeless people were sleeping on the pavement

The worst in the area

The service leaves much to be desired. I was "served" in the most peculiar way: a staff member roughly and disrespectfully snatched a simple glass of water from the dispenser out of my hand. The reason? According to them, it had to be paid for. And even if that were the case, there was absolutely no sign indicating that water was not free. Worse still: when I tried to politely question the reason for all this, despite the staff's appalling behavior, the response was to chase me and throw me out of the establishment, as if I had committed a serious offense by "breaking rules" that were never explained to me. The curious thing is that while such a display of violence erupts over a glass of water, the restrooms are freely used for much more "creative" activities: drug use and intimate encounters. That, apparently, is within the rules. It's not the first time I've noticed this kind of behavior from the staff, but this time I had the "privilege" of experiencing it firsthand. A place where respect is reserved for a select few, and the priorities are, to say the least, questionable. I don't recommend it.

My class and I were looking for a venue to hold a fundraising dance to finance our university project. That's when we came across Chains Pub. From the very beginning, Leo, the owner, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting us with anything we needed. He helped us hang decorations, offered us lighting to enhance the space and improve the atmosphere, and much more. The venue is spacious with different areas to enjoy, and they even have a water dispenser, which is unusual and definitely essential for our night. My group and I were very satisfied and would certainly choose it again.
