Badly maintained, dated, stale room that smelled musky and mouldy. Customer service gave us a price of $150 over the phone for a room with two double beds then charged us $160 plus a tourist tax for the room at check-in. The rooms are very poorly maintained with water damage, burn marks, terrible plaster work, holes in the walls and a general look that the room was built by an amateur. Outlets were loose and lacked general safety from electric shock, the bathroom door was swollen with water damage and was falling apart, and the shower stall had cracks in the walls that are allowing mould to form from water damage if it hasn’t already. I like to support small businesses, but this hotel fails when it comes to their level and quality of room maintenance, room cleanliness, and comfort. Unfortunately no refunds and you can’t see your room until you’ve paid for it. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel motel.

A very good hotel; it's not luxurious but it's pleasant for spending the night. It's a quiet place. And the price is very good, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

I stayed there one night with my family and found the beds very hard and their Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Otherwise, the room was clean when we arrived and the staff were friendly.

It wasn't my first time, and I find this place very pleasant. Well located yet away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is clean, and the welcome is warm. A place to remember when passing through or staying for a few days in the Quebec City area. Thank you.

Comfortable and well-maintained rooms!

Great motel, very clean and well kept. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and was very kind (Mme. Beatriz). We connected with our ability to speak French and Spanish, and she was thrilled to speak Spanish with me. She and her husband also cook and run the restaurant attached, and the fresh hot breakfast is a great price and delicious. I've been in many hotels/motels in the last few years and this is excellent compared to some that are 5 star. I highly recommend this place. It's close to the centre-ville near lots of extra amenities.

I spent four nights there and honestly, I have nothing to complain about; everything was perfect: the price, the accommodation, the room—wow! I would definitely come back.

I was very surprised at how beautiful, spacious, and clean the rooms are. I recommend them to everyone!
