Shangri-La Hotel Toronto

Afternoon coffee at this hotel was a very poor and off putting experience! Waited 15 mins to be ignored by 6 staff whilst seated in the main lobby lounge. Had to order coffee and hot chocolate at the bar, no welcome or niceties from any staff throughout and certainly no politeness shown neither 'please' or 'thank you'!

Love the stay. I like the congee and fried dough in breakfast. Valet parking for EV is convenient. Staff are awesome

Had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Toronto. The hotel has a very elegant and relaxing atmosphere with top-quality service from the moment you enter. Rooms were luxurious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff was polite, attentive, and made the stay feel special. The location is also perfect and everything about the experience felt premium. Definitely a great place to stay in Toronto.

Simply exceptional. This was our first time staying at a Shangri-La property and wow, were we impressed. Booked through Amex Fine Hotels and we were treated amazingly from the moment we stepped in. We also celebrated our anniversary and they went above and beyond to celebrate us with a thoughtful gift. The spa service and health centre were excellent, although the pool was closed while we stayed there (they offered guests to go to the Hilton to make up for it). The food and service at Bosk and the Lobby Lounge were excellent. Every staff member made an effort to make personal connections with us and we felt a sense of warmth and so welcomed. First time staying but will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.
