Hôtel Sheraton Centre Toronto

Rooms are a little outdated but still nice. Location is great. Very busy hotel, can get loud because the walls are thin and you can hear people very easily.

Excellent hotel. Central location, safe and quiet area, with access to various attractions. Daily rates are consistent with the standard offered.

I booked the club room and I always stay in club rooms around the world. I’m currently at The Ritz Toronot. The club lounge at the Sheraton Toronto itself was beautiful! I have sadly never experienced a club lounge with such a small assortment of food available and I have NEVER experienced no alcohol unless paid for in a club lounge. I felt ripped off. Why would I book a club lounge if there is no alcohol included! Other Sheratons around the world do not have that policy so why Toronto? I won’t be staying again.

Checkin was very slow. Not sure what the guy was typing on the computer but seemed to take forever. Biggest downside of this hotel is noise, if you are a light sleeper there is a church that rings its bells every 15 mins throughout the night, and the windows do nothing to stop the noise. This was in a high floor room facing north, not sure if the other side is better. Lounge is pretty good, the breakfast and evening food is great. Pool is big but not heated, so even on a somewhat hot day the water could be cold (which may or may not be a bad thing)

Everything about this experience was extremely fascinating and would definitely come again, the location is close to downtown really nice for those who don’t have car. Street car is right next to the hotel, cafes and convenience store are pretty close. Such a wonderful atmosphere I would recommend it if you’re coming to Toronto✨

I am at the Sheraton Town Centre now and while the stay has been enjoyable, I want to recognize the very kind and thoughtful service of Semret at the club lounge. Thank you Semret and all the other exceptional people striving to make our stay wonderful.

I spoke with the person at the front desk, and when I checked out, they told me that parking was paid and that there was no problem, saying, “We’ll take care of the charges.” However, I was still charged. Since I mentioned to the manager that I am not very fluent in English, she took advantage of that by claiming that I had misunderstood what the front desk employee said. So apparently, according to her, my English is not good enough to stay at your hotels. I find this explanation unacceptable, especially since I relied on the information provided by your staff.

The walls might as well be paper thin. I could hear anyone talking or moving in the hallway and anytime a nearby room used their sink you would hear rushing water in the walls. It woke me up multiple times per night.

I like this hotel. However, food and drinks are very expensive.
