Hôtel Paraiso Las Palmas

It's a good price. But the room is old. What earned it 4 stars is that the bed is very comfortable.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The internet had no signal despite having four available networks. The shower faucet is so old it doesn't work properly, making it a real struggle to get in the shower. The amenities are insufficient and of poor quality; one bar of soap and two mini bottles of hand soap for three people is far too little. There aren't even any hooks in the closet. The bed is very comfortable, but I think there were bed bugs or fleas because my dad and I woke up covered in rashes. Oh, and the cleanliness can be summed up as this rubber band on the bathroom doorknob when we arrived, which we left there when we left. In short, I was swayed by the usual price-quality ratio. The only redeeming qualities are the staff's service and its proximity to the boardwalk.

Everything was great, the service was excellent. Any complaints? Only that the internet there is very unreliable, especially when you're watching TV. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The experience was positive in terms of tranquility; the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly on both shifts. It was very clean, which made my stay stand out. The price is affordable. It has a good location for all the tourist attractions, restaurants, snacks, an Oxxo convenience store on the corner, etc. However, the hotel has some areas for improvement. It needs maintenance and renovation. The water isn't hot in the shower, the bathroom fixtures are old, and while the bedroom furniture is old but in good condition, the walls are well-painted, and there are no unpleasant odors. The photos of the renovated room might only show some rooms, but the one I stayed in wasn't renovated. I would stay there again.

The rooms are not what they advertise. There are problems with the water service, some are very old, the mattress is uncomfortable, and the cable TV is unusable because the screen is too small for the room size. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

It was good, except this time I couldn't bring my pet, which was the key to its appeal for my needs as a pet traveler. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars for service.
