If you're thinking of renting a room or loft in this house, I'd think twice. At first glance, everything looks great, even where I lived, with new finishes and good space. But the most important thing—privacy—is nonexistent. The owners and the property manager have copies of the keys and enter with or without your consent, using "urgent" repairs as an excuse. They begged and assured me that only trusted personnel would enter to do the repairs, and it was on one of those occasions that a gold bracelet with great sentimental value was stolen from me. Of course, they didn't take responsibility. Later, they asked me to give access to personnel to address a leak my neighbor was having, and it was urgent to check my loft. I asked them to wait until I was there. Later, they told me they hadn't entered because it hadn't been necessary. I arrived later and found the windows open and the water shut-off valves closed. Annoyed, I wrote to them asking for an explanation, and they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge it. Seeing this, I decided to put on an extra lock, and they angrily demanded a copy of the key. When I refused, for obvious reasons, they asked me to leave the loft. Oh! And to top it all off, it's not just a space for women (that's how they advertise it); they also rent to a guy who uses drugs, which I mentioned to them... and guess what? They did nothing...

Amazing place, super central, perfect location. The staff and owner were very attentive and looked after all the girls. Highly recommended. I was very happy!

If you have the chance to come live here, absolutely refuse it. It's the worst place to live. The rooms are small, ugly, and ridiculously expensive. You have to pay to use the washing machines, and in the kitchens—at least in the "new area" (and I use "new" loosely)—there isn't even a microwave. You have to beg the landlady to provide things, and even then, she seems to hate you one way and hate you the next, because she couldn't care less about the tenants as long as she makes money. Seriously, don't bother coming here; it's the worst place.

You can choose the rooms and, like everything at the beginning, by giving it a little love you will feel comfortable and at home.
