BAÑOS FINISTERRE

The Finisterre baths are an excellent option for gay men who enjoy saunas. There's an area that's a bit run-down, but it's used as a meeting place, so it doesn't need to be perfect. The changing rooms, hot tubs, steam rooms, and showers are very spacious and seem clean and well-maintained. There's an older gentleman who assigns the private rooms and manages the cloakroom; he's super friendly and helpful. However, we went on Sunday after Pride, and there were two other guys helping in the changing room, both of them looking like they were on the prowl and a bit arrogant, or maybe even homophobic—odd, since they work in a place for gay people. We were there for about three hours, and I didn't notice that a chain, three bracelets, and my wireless headphones had disappeared. I only noticed it when I got to the TAPO bus station, because it was so crowded, and I just got dressed very quickly without putting on my chain and bracelets. I think one of those guys took them because they happened to be in the front pocket of my laptop bag. This is the second time we've been, and the first time neither of those two shady-looking guys were there. The first time, I wasn't missing anything, but there was only the older gentleman. It's a shame that a good place hires people who aren't up to par and that things like this happen. The restroom manager and the cashiers are super friendly; they even gave us a little bag with a toiletries set and other useful things because it was after Pride! What a nice touch.

Clean, well-located, and you'll always have fun or relax. Large. And all kinds of people frequent them. They're not expensive, but they're not cheap either. Plus, they close at 9, which is a great option for people who get off work late.

It's a good place, it looks old but you have a great time 👍

- Service: Not great, but adequate. 👍 - Prices: ❌ High for the facilities. - Turkish bath: Good. 👍 - Security: ❌ Nonexistent for your belongings. - Steam room: Absolutely packed, not a soul to be seen. - Atmosphere: 🏳️‍🌈 Pretentious yet friendly. - Do you like the feminine vibe? That's the place. - Do you like the masculine vibe? 🧔🏻‍♂️👨🏻💪 That's NOT the place, there aren't any. - Missing mature men! 👨🏼‍🦳👴🏼 - If you like Gen X and Baby Boomers like me, there were practically none, sad. - Mostly Millennials and Gen Z.
