The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. I would gladly return to stay here; it's quiet, safe, and very accessible. Definitely a great place!

Good location, and it's very nice to have a pool. Note: the hotel has aged a bit since the photos were taken, which makes the price seem a little reasonable. But overall, it's a good place to stay.

The staff was super friendly! When I checked in, I forgot my phone in the taxi that brought me from PXM. Thankfully, I had my laptop so I could track my phone's location. The wonderful receptionist allowed me to use her phone to call mine. Eventually, I was able to get my phone back within the hour as the taxi driver turned around. Thank you! Breakfast was also good. PS - the hotel's proximity to playa del amor is unbeatable! If you're planning to visit that beach often, this hotel is exactly where you'd want to be. My stay was cut short due to construction, but I'd definitely consider staying here on a future trip to Zipolite. Disliked · The hotel was under construction during my stay, mainly the pool area. A full construction crew was at the property from 8am until the day's work was finished. This put a damper on the clothing-optional aspect of the hotel for me. I was informed of the construction 1 day before check in. At the time, I thought I could just rough it out. Originally, I was given a 15% discount on my stay, but after 2 nights I informed the property via booking that I would be ending my stay and checking out early. For this, I was given a full refund for my last 2 nights. Whoever I spoke to through booking was understanding and apologetic, as was the staff when I informed them of my departure.

The best part was the service, and especially the attention from Abigail, who was a delight, serving with friendliness and efficiency. A 10 out of 10. I'll be back.
