Loved the hotel and proximity to everything in town.

Do not come here especially if you have a vehicle they tell you parking is 32 dollars a night. At check out I got my parking receipt they charge an extra 13 dollars a night for a "facility fee". Worst hotel I have ever been to in California and ive been here around 40 times now. They also will be banging your door down for house keeping even if you have a do not disturb sign up! They even came in my room when I didnt answer the door because I was asleep. Will never come back here and neither should you! The rooms are disgusting they look like a room set up for a porno!

Horrible experience — Sewage smell and zero respect for sleep We had one of the worst rooms possible. Despite the comfortable bed and a nice pool, the stay was ruined by several major issues. First, the room was incredibly small and cramped. The "bathroom" and shower had no walls, only glass partitions right inside the room. But the worst part was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the drains. Since the windows couldn’t be opened, the stench stayed in the room the entire time, making it disgusting to be inside. Second, the staff has zero respect for guests' rest. The front desk kept calling our room throughout all three days. They called at midnight and again early in the morning just to tell us they made a mistake and forgot to take part of the deposit. Waking up guests in the middle of the night for their own accounting errors is completely unprofessional. Finally, the soundproofing is non-existent. The walls are paper-thin; we could hear every conversation. At one point, a neighbor complained about our TV even though the volume was very low, and the reception called us yet again. The constant smell of sewage made this stay a nightmare. I would not recommend this place

Great option for a business trip. Everything is efficient: fast check-in, good internet, and a comfortable workspace in the room. Would stay again.

Absolutely horrible. Construction all night long and smashing noises against the wall where I slept. Never slept over 2 days stay Upon departure discovered FOURTEEN hundred dollars charges to my credit card. This affected my bills and livelihood for a very bad. Experience at a horrible hotel. My mortgage payment etc was affected by these exorbitant charges. Definitely won’t go back

The bed in the room was very comfortable, but it was a bit cramped with two large suitcases. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they even managed to get us disposable tableware (we really appreciated their assistance). The parking fee of $32 allowed multiple entries. We parked there after checking out, went to the opposite side of the street for lunch, and then stayed in the hotel lobby until 2:00 PM before leaving. To exit the gate, you just need to use the intercom to tell the front desk, and they will assist you in opening the gate. The lobby on the first floor is a very comfortable place, with beautiful views and historical photos everywhere.

Would give 3.5 if I could- not quite 4 but a touch better than 3! Location was amazing, facilities are amazing, communal areas are so cozy, welcoming and safe for a solo traveler. The rooms are quite grubby and tired though, I think I got one of the lower quality ones as I had a peak inside others which looked better - it was huge but quite damp and with very worn yellowy carpets and quite old fashioned fixtures and furniture. You also have to pay $5 per coffee 😬 I’d go back though, I’d just request a purple room rather than a yellow / green one!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

To many fees. Including paid parking just no. I will never stay at this dump again
