Worst service we harve ever received. We lost over $400 because of their negligence. No safety rails for support. Toilet was barely bigger than a nursery school Toilet. First morning my wife fell and broke her hip. Two days later they had to do a hip replacement. This was our first vacation since we got married 7 years ago. We are senior citizens with disabilities. We came to see my brother who is having chronic health problems. I week recommend this place ever. We moved out of refund room with the help of some relatives. NOW after a week. My wife will be taken home over 220 miles away.They will only refund for one night. We had booked in advance for 3 nights. We lost approximately $400.

the hotel I stayed in was really awful. It smelled bad, there was dust everywhere, and the floor, carpet, bed, and sheets were all dirty. It was honestly disgusting.Timmy front disc she awesome.

0/10 definitely don’t recommend. Me and my family arrived here tonight 6/18/26 we will be here two days. Instantly when I come in I wanted to drive all the way back home. The room had a weird smell stains all over every piece of cover on each bed,refrigerator nasty every thing felt wet and moist the chair the bed pull my shits back and almost died a what I seen.!I’m sooooo ready for this to be over I feel so dirty for even being here right now and definitely a no if you have kids my 1yo daughter is running around touching stuff and it’s killing me to watch. Owners please please do better it’s time for deep cleaning and remodeling

The bed sheets and blankets in the guest rooms don't even need changing, and there's a lot of pet hair.

My Nintendo switch 2 was stolen here. Do not bring anything valuable because it’s very likely to get missing. Called the office no help at all. Hope they enjoy it. Karma is real.

When we got there my friend and I did a check of the room and discovered the sheets were stained and there was hair still in the shower. The lady at the front desk said they didn’t have any other rooms and would send housekeeping back up. I used to work in a hotel in a tourist town, I get it. Housekeeping gets there and tells us all their sheets are stained but tries to give us ones that were better. I’m sorry, what? I don’t care how cheap the place is the sheets shouldn’t all be stained. To be clear, I don’t blame the workers themselves. They did their best with the resources they had and the main lady who was helping swap the sheets was very nice and professional. This is a management or corporate issue. Not to mention the other guests were interesting. We were there for a wedding and upon leaving the room to head to the venue we were whistled at by a group of boys that seemed like they weren’t even old enough to be drinking the beers they had. Coming back to the room after the wedding we had to dodge boys from what looked like the same group very drunk only stumbling into their room. Also, if you’re a POC don’t stay here. Confederate flags all in the parking lot and my friend was getting many looks. Again, that isn’t necessarily the businesses issue but it gives you an idea of the customers they cater to. Wouldn’t stay here again, don’t waste the money, straight trash.

It wasn't too far from the beach but the room was horrible as soon as we walked in we got hit with terrible smoke and mold smell, we asked if we could be moved to a different room because we had a child but it was denied we had to go buy candles, carpet powder and remain the door open to try and tolerate it. It was causing us nausea and dizziness. The room was dirty with pillows with yellow stains, the microwave was dirty with crumbs and stains and the bathroom was clogged the toilet wouldn't flush and we were expected to survive 4 days with 1 roll of toilet paper. We asked the gentleman cleaning if we could have a roll and he never came back to give us a roll we had to go down to the office repeatedly. We ended up checking out a day before our stay because we couldn't tolerate the smell anymore I do not recommend this place until some serious remodeling takes place or atleast some deep cleaning. Horrible hotel staff was nice for the most part but that's it.

Room was VERY dirty and smelled horrible. It looked nothing like the pictures. Our key card had to be reprogrammed every time we came back to our room. No towel hooks or hangers. Hardly any towels or pillows and the sheets and bathroom were dirty. Phone wasn’t connected to the office. Please do not stay here. It was so so dirty. No one came to clean our room during our visit and we couldn’t even access breakfast during the time it was open.

The staff was excellent! Room's were clean and comfortable. Pool was sparkling clean.
