The music from the café next door was terrible. Guess that is why there was earplugs in the room. Beautiful hotel!

Had such a wonderful stay here in a corner suite. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. Super clean hotel in a great location. Beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were all well maintained and comfortable. WiFi was very fast. Pool was a great place to hangout with good music on a great sound system. Windows were impressive at keeping nearby construction noise out. Fun to watch the work happening from way up above.

Enjoyed a lovely staycation at the Fairmont Austin recently! This hotel is the definition of luxury but also family friendly. The staff were polite and friendly to our little kids and us. The breakfast at The Fulton had lots of options for adults and kids. The swimming pool and surrounding area were perfect to beat the Texas heat. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and carving out time to explore the amenities in here, specially the spa 💆‍♀️

We had an exceptional experience at the Fairmont Austin and would like to extend our sincere appreciation to several members of the team. Alexis at the front desk made a wonderful lasting impression as we checked out. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a great ending to our stay. Upon checkout, we were assisted by Alexis who was exceptional. When we later noticed a discrepancy on our bill, she patiently went through each item with us in detail, explaining everything clearly and professionally. She handled the situation with care and understanding, never placing blame, and made sure everything was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We also want to recognize Sadie, who checked us in. She was equally warm and personable, taking the time to engage with us in conversation and ask thoughtful questions. We had just gotten engaged, and she shared in our excitement in such a genuine and kind way—it made the moment even more special. Additionally, the housekeeping team deserves praise for their outstanding attention to detail. Our room was immaculate, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like neatly organizing our cords and chargers, which made everything feel even more comfortable and cared for. We will absolutely be staying at Fairmont Austin again, and we will gladly recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

My family will never forget our stay at Fairmont. The views and hospitality are that unforgettable. I had the pleasure of being assisted with their Matcha bar in the Gold lounge by none other than famous Maria Guillen and specialty mango coconut Matcha. Ask for Ms. Natural who is highly knowledgeable at the spa and check out their wellness packages too. My wife and I are coming back soon for those very soon.

This hotel looks and smells amazing!! We visited friends in Austin and spent our last night at this hotel celebrating my husband’s bday. They went above and beyond to make our stay and his birthday special! The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely view of downtown and the water. The pool was gorgeous and open late- which I loved! The service was excellent and we loved our casual breakfast from the little cafe downstairs. Their pastries were yummy as well as our lattes! Overall, this place is just lovely! Highly recommend. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Jessie and Terry were also great! Side note this super cute restaurant is right around the corner and great for dinner if needed.

Excellent experience during my recent day at the Fairmount in Austin. Service was friendly and attentive in the hotel rooms were very well appointed and maintained. Event space was well fought out and designed and was appropriate for our group size. Only negatives were the elevators, which were a bit slow during peak times and the workout room, which while relatively large was not big enough during peak hours and was hot.
