Weird smell in the hallways. Clerk was very rude . Location is close to the airport and highway. Kind of confusing to find the road to get here. Not the best, but I've seen worse.

The room smelled like animal piss

Wasn't expecting much for a low cost last minute reservation, was just looking for a place to get a few hours sleep after a friend's event I decided to go to on short notice, but the room was spacious and nice, desk staff Trevor was friendly and helpful. Especially for the cost, would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for my friend's show.

I booked the stay way before reading the reviews. I was concerned about the negative reviews I seen. Don't believe everything you read. This place wasnt at all the way others describe it. I got there early morning and worked with Jennifer who very accommodating and pleasant. I stayed in 223 which I thought was pretty nice. Everything was clean and smells fine. I never made it to breakfast but they had it set up nice when i was checking out. Id stay here again.

This hotel has gone down severely since my last stay 2 years ago. It is dirty, old, unkempt, the list goes on. On the shower wall there’s someone else hair. The carpet has burns or something on it I have no idea what. Iron doesn’t work. I would never put my clothes in the drawers because god knows what is in there, droppings maybe. I don’t know. Bed is uncomfortable. This will be my last and only stay here.

Do not, I repeat, do not make the mistake of booking this hotel on 12/23. It’s absolutely disgusting, smelly, and unsafe to say the least. I booked a last minute room & it wasn’t cleaned, had hair on the bed, and smelled of fresh food almost as if someone had just had a meal in there. I almost threw up. I left immediately and requested a refund which the front desk said will not be processed until the manager comes in the morning, but despite calling the hotel and main reservations it hasn’t been processed. Avoid this if you want to have a healthy stay. Edit as of 02/07 — I have not received my refund or a call back from the manager as of 02/07. When I called today, I was asked to call back on Monday. The Sonesta customer service said they cannot help since this location I privately owned and operated.

This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. The room was dirty. The tub was dirty around the edges of the sink in the bathroom was dirty and dusty, the bed was very uncomfortable. My brother stayed in another room and their shower was full of mold and mildew . The room was filthy. The hallways smelled. Look like no one cleaned it at all And then somebody walked in on them thinking that room was available. Would not recommend anybody to stay here I felt as if I was in the low government projects.

Very disappointed, the hotel itself looks beautiful everything is very clean but when we arrived there were issues with the key cards we weren’t able to access the building we were supposed to be in, second after the issue was fix we revived the wrong key card. The room we booked had 2 people already in it. When we opened the door they were in there on the bed. Which was a violation of both of our privacy’s. In terms of cleanliness the main room is beautiful but the rooms are dirty. They have a sweet woman in the front but she keeps saying she doesn’t have much power in these situations. The gentleman whose room we entered legally Carry’s a weapon and we could’ve been in serious danger. I hope we are appropriately compensated for this issue. We have 3 children with us and me of them has autism we had been driving for a few hours and when we get here this is what we find. This was terrifying

BEDBUGS! Disgusting. I left immediately and spoke to an employee. The next day I came in for a refund, and the manager was like "huh... thats weird you were charged twice" I looked and sure enough I WAS charged twice. So if I didnt go back for a refund I would have just payed double the price. Also, its funny that I told them the room number and the manager saids "wait its not X room" so yeah they got several rooms full of bed bugs. Gross

Absolutely disgusting the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Looks nothing like the website. Rust in the bathtub. We came back from being out for a party our door was open the lock was broken and to top it off the staff is even worse
