Service is poor, workers tend to have attitude if you bring up anything unsatisfactory to their attention; rooms are dirty and facilities never see regular maintenance.. prices also noticeably much higher than they used to be. They think putting new chairs and wardrobe area is good enough "renovations" for a 50% rate increase.. get real.

The staff at the WoodSpring Suites on Christian Spring Rd are genuinely very nice people who work long hours and are always very polite.

the room is very spacious and its cool that u get a full size fridge pluse a 2 flat style burner built into the counter a normal size sink for washing dishes. it gives the feel of a studio apartment

Roaches were everywhere fire alarm goes off every day very bad stay

Fire 🔥 alarms go off extremely frequently at this hotel. If you stay here, be prepared for it. You will not get a restful nights sleep here. I was forced to evacuate my room after 12:00 a.m. on 2 of the first 3 nights due to fire alarms. I am confident the first incident was caused by guests smoking, as the hallway was filled with a strong skunk-like smell. You know what that is. The front desk staff showed little concern for the inconvenience. The same issue likely caused the second alarm, and this also happened during a previous stay at this hotel. Having to evacuate in the middle of the night three times across two separate stays is unacceptable. This wastes emergency resources and puts lives at risk. I will never stay here again. Pay extra and stay somewhere you can actually sleep. I routinely check air vents wherever I stay. The vents in my room were dirty. I wiped them myself and called the front desk. A very nice staff member removed the AC cover, sprayed it with Fabuloso, wiped it down, and appeared to spray the filters before reinstalling them. The filters appeared to have been sprayed rather than properly cleaned or replaced, which is not appropriate for guest room air quality. I am sensitive to strong scents, and the smell lingered all night, even after I left the room for several hours. When I woke up, my throat and mouth felt irritated. This may also have been worsened by prior smoking in the room, reinforcing why filters should be properly cleaned or replaced between guests. Photos are attached. The microwave vent was broken, and the toilet would not flush properly because it would not refill with water. I reported the broken microwave vent but did not immediately report the toilet issue because I was already exhausted from repeated problems. I had to manually remove the tank lid and manage it myself. Photos are attached. There was also heavy dirt and dust buildup underneath the microwave that falls directly into food being heated. Additionally, the hotel made and kept a copy of my driver’s license, which is not a secure practice and poses a serious identity theft risk. When checking out, staff were very adamant about not returning it. After telling her I do not want my personal info ID left on file and only after the employee called her manager, the copy was finally given back to me. The day before checkout, I called to speak with the manager and was told she was out. I called again the morning of checkout to ask whether an additional night could be comped due to being awakened by fire alarms on two of the first three nights. The manager refused, blamed the alarms on guests who “do not know how to cook,” repeatedly refused to provide corporate contact information, told me multiple times to find it online, and then hung up on me. Subsequent calls from both the room phone and my personal phone were disconnected or unanswered. I will never frequent this location again and a manager that not communicate properly with guests should not be a manager. Period. Who hangs up on a guest? It’s kind of comical with the generic reply because if they cared about your stay they would have you leaving a happy customer. Not the case here. The manager was like “You left us a bad review.” I said “I left a review… and I also will be updating it.” So here’s your update. Hope you like it. Treat guests (customers) with respect. Don’t hang up on people because you lack social skills. Learn some. Be better. Do better. This manager should not be working with the public.

The room had roaches, no hot water, smelled like mold, the elevator smells like urine, the staff was rude, will never book here again, a total waste of money, ended up leaving and loosing my money.

Looks great online but dont be fooled The place is a dump! They rush they're cleaning staff and I can tell the room was not very clean and really gross I was afraid to touch any of the surfaces my husband killed oh I'd say at least five cockroaches since we were there during the weekend things falling apart the little closet thing in the corner completely fell off luckily nobody got hurt kids banging around all over the place being noisy all hours of the night making it hard for other people to sleep staff was incredibly rude the entire time every time I got towels they were stained it was really gross this place is just a huge disappointment don't bother booking it you won't be happy unless you like living with filth and cockroaches then maybe this is the place for you.
