Bad service, bad location, bad environment. Fire alarms go off middle of night once a week, constant fighting amongst guests and cockroaches found in most the rooms.

What happened to the extended stay rate? the lower rate you get for staying at least 4 weeks as advertised on your website? obvious penny-pitching tactics for such a rundown place.

It's a clean and pet friendly place. Rooms have a regular size fridge and a flat top burner. Just need to bring your own pots and pans. Service was good just got the key to a room that was already rented and I walked in the room and saw it was occupied. So that's just a little alarming and unsettling.

Initially I was pleased with the service and the front desk person able to fit me and my family in although it was before check in time. He stated he want to go check the room to make sure everything was ok. Came back down we continued the transaction yet immediately upon entering the room roaches were seen although the room seem to be clean. Multiple roaches were seen immediately. Completely dissatisfied. Went down to the front desk two separate times within 5 minutes of checking in to inquire about refund and no one was ever present yet there was no sign stating they were gone and were coming back. Will never come back. $100.00 in the trash

Agree with last review, rooms are not kept clean and prices notably higher than was. nearly 2k for 4 week stay.. but that's supposed to be the "discount rate", what a joke. They think they slick raising prices when doing bare minimum to the rooms.. which is part of their job is room maintenance and that shouldn't jack up prices even more 🤔 you'll lose people and that's less pockets to run, not a smart business strategy place probably run by someone in they 20s
