Very clean & welcoming environment with polite staff members..

Was great for a person traveling solo with a service dog so I could see a show that was a disappointment, but still the hotel was good for price and great bed.

What a great little hotel. It was so clean and refurbished (up to date). They even have a little store right off the main desk with all kinds of helpful products. I got a lighter and Tylenol. There is a bar/restaurant, they were even two men playing acoustic guitar and singing on sat night. This is the same spot they had a free breakfast in the mornings. They had everything ...scrabbled eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles, fruit coffee, juices, bagels, toast, all no cost for breakfast. We stayed on the ground floor and our room was very nice.There was only one glitch, we had an adjoining room that we couldnt lock the door to. We were only staying in the one room and didn't purchase adjoining rooms so it would've been a problem had they rented out the other room that adjoined to ours. So we had to switch rooms. The man didn't seem to concerned about the door not shutting and locking., that was kinda strange. He said he would be renting out the other side due to low vacancy. So he did move us, but if we hadn't of made a bit of fuss, they didn't seem to care too much about that. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Weird because strangers could' have entered our room. We don't like that at all.

I am local booked a room specifically for the pool for the kids on their birthday and it wasn't until I scanned my card that they tell me the pool is temporarily closed! To make matters worst I booked 2 Queen beds with a balcony and they had me in a King with no balcony. They should be more transparent with this crucial information. Now I have 2 teens bored out of their minds and highly upset on their bday. And have to look for an alternative for their entertainment. This was so inconvenient my advice is call ahead for amenities.

I am writing to report an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction I experienced with a front desk employee during a recent stay. Because my reservation was made through a third-party site, I had to rebook the room twice rather than simply extending the stay. During this process I interacted with several staff members across different shifts. While an incidentals deposit was mentioned at one point, other employees were able to issue keys and assist with the rebookings without treating it as an urgent issue. On the third day around 5–6 PM, I went to the front desk to explain that I needed a new room key due to having to rebook the room again. The employee on duty asked for the deposit. I explained that I did not have my wallet with me and believed it was in the room. As soon as I mentioned this, his demeanor noticeably changed and he became standoffish and reluctant to assist. He eventually gave me one key so I could return to the room to look for my wallet, and I told him I would bring my card down once I located it. Within a few minutes of entering the room, the phone rang. It was the same employee asking if I would be coming downstairs. I explained that I was still looking for my wallet and would come down shortly. Over the next twenty minutes he continued calling the room several more times asking the same question. On the final call he told me he would give me “ten more minutes” to bring down a credit card. The tone of this statement came across as threatening, although it was unclear what he meant would happen if I did not meet that timeframe. Because of the repeated calls and the employee’s confrontational attitude, we ultimately decided to leave the hotel. As we were leaving the room, the same employee came up the elevator to confront me again about the deposit. At that point I still had not located my wallet and realized it was likely in the car, but given how aggressively he had been acting, I felt uncomfortable leaving the building to search for it myself. We ended up riding the elevator downstairs with him, which was extremely awkward and tense. Once in the lobby, I remained there while my girlfriend went to the car to retrieve my wallet. Based on my earlier interactions with other staff members, it was clear this situation could have been handled calmly and reasonably. Instead, I felt pressured and treated as though I had done something wrong simply because I needed time to locate my wallet. I would appreciate this incident being reviewed, as no guest should feel harassed or intimidated over a refundable incidental deposit.

I had a fantastic stay. It was last minute. Alex at the front desk, who checked me in around midnight, was absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, and funny, making the late night check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night. I highly recommend this hotel.
