Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-Bethlehem Airport
Guests frequently praise the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, particularly mentioning individuals like Mariah and Natasha, and highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast. However, some visitors have experienced issues with rooms not being ready at check-in, maintenance problems like clogged toilets, and a perceived lack of typical Hilton amenities and outdated decor, especially considering the price.

Construction at this location removes parking spaces and causes confusion for anyone arriving late. Rooms need updates so it is a good thing just the same.
No hot water and front desk didn't care about helping. Had to call upper management to even get a new room.
I will chalk this up to bad timing and a series of unfortunate events but we had to switch rooms 3 times. We initially had a room on the 3rd floor but had to change because there were ongoing renovations and the smell of paint was a little too much. The second room on the second floor had a strange smell similar to salami. We got another room on the first floor but it reeked of cigarettes. Finally, the 4th room had no issues. I have to say, the night manager Tiffany was very accommodating and patient with all of the changes that we made in a short period of time. After we got into our room and were trying to settle down to sleep, a fire alarm went off at almost midnight so we left the room but were told that it was due to a guest making popcorn on their room 🤦♂️ The second floor by elevator 1 had a horrible smell like trash that was pretty powerful. We thought someone may have dumped something in the trash cans by the elevator but it was very unpleasant to walk past or wait for the elevator. Breakfast was good, the pool was decent, the location was very convenient. Overall, I think the hotel is probably fine but our experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Old hotel and very soft bed. Breakfast was very bad. I was supposed to stay 7 nights and only slept one night.
