Home2 Suites by Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Airport

So incredibly impressed with this Home2 Suites. From the clean and functional room with very comfortable beds, to the full-size fridge and silverware/plates/cups, this was so convenient and nice to stay in. Some kids were knocking on the doors around 10pm, but they were just having fun and does not reflect on the management. Breakfast was up and running by 6am, which was nice, and they had a great selection of nutritious foods to choose from. And the pool was incredible. VERY warm, which was perfect because I do not like cold water when swimming. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and again if I come visit the area again. And I will look for Home2 Suites to stay in when visiting other areas as well. To the management, thank you for providing such a clean, affordable, and functional hotel. We were here visiting colleges and their wrestling coaches for our daughter. We all got a great night's sleep and plenty of relaxation.

Was visiting with family for a college tour. Checked in and went up to room and immediately noticed an odor in the room. When we opened the door to the bathroom, was met with a strong odor of urine. We immediately called the front desk asking to be moved. The front desk person Kate was rude and said that there were no other rooms as they were fully booked. Never said anything about how she could help. When my wife asked if the bathroom could be cleaned she said there is nobody around to clean and suggested that she could bring us cleaning supplies! Never had someone suggest that to us at a hotel. Asked to speak to a manager but were told none was available. We went back to the front desk physically and again met with general unhelpful and rude demeanor. She then disappeared so we went back up to our room and called Hilton Customer service which was very unhelpful. At this point I just booked another hotel and moved out of the hotel. I would stay away from this place especially if you are staying with family or kids - very unhygienic and rude staff. Can’t believe Hilton owns this place. They clearly don’t care.

Beds were brutal. Nice shower though. Pool was warm Kids liked it.

We stayed at this hotel in August and unfortunately had a very serious issue with bedbugs. One member of our group had over 30 bites, and we were able to collect physical evidence from the room, which we brought to the front desk immediately. Because of the situation, we had to leave the hotel, find another place to stay, and wash all of our belongings at a laundromat to avoid bringing the infestation home. We also have photos, videos, and medical documentation confirming what happened. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. I contacted Hilton in January and was told I would receive a call within 7–10 business days from both their team and the hotel’s General Manager. I never received any response. I understand that issues can happen anywhere, but the way a hotel handles the situation and communicates afterward matters just as much. Unfortunately, that part was very lacking in our experience. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I stayed here with my son during the weekend of Sept. 12-14th as we went to a Rookie series Ice hockey tournament between the Rangers and the Flyers in Allentown at the PPL Center. This is the 3rd year that we have attended this tournament but this is the first time that we stayed at this hotel. It's a very nice hotel and everything was EXCELLLENT ---- except for the Cable TV service, which I wasn't able to figure out how to use which was VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least!! It's a very complicated system to try to use as I also had complained to the front desk and someone was supposed to fix it for me, but when I finally come back to the room after the first game on Friday 9/12, I wasn't able to look at all the channels and the channel guide and connection was very confusing to utilize. The next day, we had to leave the hotel early, and I then asked someone else to check out my cable TV service and fix it. But when I returned, I COULDN'T EVEN WATCH ANYTHING on the wonderful large screen TV, which is the largest screen I have ever seen in any hotel I have stayed at --- which is GREAT, but I couldn't even connect to the complicated system and watch anything --- which was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to me and my autistic son. He was very upset as he has a problem with his temper occasionally. I would love to return to this hotel this September, but I will have to check to MAKE SURE BEFORE that whatever room that I will be staying in, the TV cable system is working properly. Otherwise I will not return again unfortunately.

Stayed here last weekend and this hotel is amazing, the most friendly staff, the cleanest and most well serviced hotel. Affordably priced, I truly enjoyed the stay here. Sheets right across the street and close to places to eat. Excellent hotel, cannot go wrong.

Love Home2Suites Very comfortable.

Great experience, no issues, been here for 3 weeks, great to get some swimming in with there heated pool.
