Hôtel Coastal Valley Inn

Went there last night from a little night get away and immediately walking we were having to smash a bunch of roaches we opened the fridge and one jumped at us the counters weren’t the cleanest and when we tried to call about it they closed and had no more vacancy right after checking out

Only stayed one night. Bed was decent. The AC was extremely loud

For 100 bucks the room in my opinion was great . Clean, no orders, no carpet, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, those people there show that they take care of there motel . Unlike some of the places you wouldn't let a roach sleep there . Get this as well, they have soft water ! I was shocked when I saw that . So that's another plus . Sleep there its a nice place. Negative reviews ? Some people will just complain to complain .

i had two rooms reserved. the TVs didn't work. the desk did give me a $7.00 discount per night. my room didn't get ANY room service. I left the room at 0900 and came back at1300 and told them it wasn't cleaned. I was going to take a nap. so. i left and slept in my car for a couple hours. so that they could clean the room. i came back at 1600 and nothing was done. I mentioned to the desk and the girl. was very polite. but came out to my car and said that all the staff had gone home for the day. . so, i made my own bed and the next morning dried off with dirty towels. I emailed the hotel afterwards through BOOKINGS.com and have neve heard back. so. heres my negative review.

0 stars- we went to turn on the AC and it was broken, it was already the middle of the night to ask for a room exchange and when we went to open the window, the lock was broken and the screen has been tampered with. I told staff this is unsafe being that the room is 1st floor facing the outside of the street. The staff member would not give us any type of compensation or refund. We spent $112 for a king bed on a Saturday night. It was just us girls in the room and we did not sleep all night because of the fear that someone would break into the room. Don’t stay here, go to motel 6 if you’re looking for cheap, motel 6 would have at least offered compensation or a refund.

Horrible place, I was there for 3 days and they never cleaned the room, nor did they bring towels or toilet paper.

No one at reception upon arrival. 30-minute wait. Unpresentable staff.
