Gracious hosts, immaculate, well laid out and beautifully decorated. The grounds were beautiful and inviting. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle - perfect relaxation. Easy uber to area attractions. Love the coy pond - especially “Hoity”.

Fantastic place to stay and even better hosts! Lovely accommodations in a quiet area yet centrally located to most everything! Get the scoop from Charlie and Rob for the best restaurants and sites and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine by the pond....who's a good fish!? Lol

The cottage was spacious, sunlit, quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do while in the Charleston area for two weeks We enjoyed the back yard, which is filled with plants and mature trees as well as a koi pond. The stone path circling the pond was great for slow strolls and fresh air in the morning. For longer walks, we headed for the West Ashley Greenway, a couple blocks away. A few times, we joined hosts Charlie and Rob for late afternoon wine at the koi pond and learned  about the DuPont neighborhood and  the city's history. The cottage is a 15-minute drive to downtown Charleston and 30 minutes to Folly beach. We shopped at Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, Costco, Walgreens and Tanger Outlets, all within a ten-minute drive. For us, the cottage was a perfect place for our needs.  After a stay in a hotel or motel, we often look forward to heading home. Last evening, my wife said, "I would like to stay a little longer".
