Hôtel Indigo Dallas Downtown

The staff were smiling and welcoming throughout our stay. We thank them for the upgrade for our honeymoon. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but we experienced no noise disturbance. When the work is finished, the decor will be superb.

I am a U.S. Air Force veteran with no criminal record, and I was just removed from this hotel after being falsely accused of sexual harassment simply for attempting to tip a housekeeper. I have never experienced anything this humiliating or unprofessional. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid staying here. This was an awful experience from start to finish, and I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter.

My husband & I stayed at the Indigo in Downtown Dallas about a week ago. We were in Dallas for a Volleyball Convention. When my husband was at the convention a few of the days, I visited Titches Bar & Bistro in the morning before heading out for the day, Denise greeted me with a warm welcoming smile. She couldn’t do enough for me while I was eating my breakfast. It was great to visit with her, as I was eating alone. She even helped me with a refrigerator situation in my room. I really appreciated that, as I had been busy running between hotels, when attending the convention. Dora also did a great job in directing to some of her favorite eat places in the area, as I was on foot walking around the area. I really appreciated the recommendations! This was my first time in Dallas. These two made my trip more memorable. I left having a good feeling about where I stayed while being there. Thanks to the both of them! Hospitality is key for guaranteed returned customers in the future.

Enjoyed staying here for a few nights. The room was comfortable and well maintained. There were a few small delays during check-in, but nothing major.

Torian was the most helpful and kind person I've dealt with in a very long time. I travel constantly for work and he was so lovely. Even though the hotel was under construction I never even heard any of the noise. The staff were all so helpful but Torian was the best.

Rooms are fine, service is fine, location is great. Probably the best option out of the IHG hotels in downtown Dallas. Would stay here again.

Stayed in the queen suite for a night to attend a show at the majestic theater. The good: The staff was kind and service was great. My main deciding factor in staying here was the convenient location being less than a block from the theater. The bad: The room was not conducive to a good nights sleep. AC was not working properly and caused the room to be hotter than displayed temperature on thermostat. Because the fan wouldn’t stay on, every sound from the street level could be heard from our room eight floors up. With the hot room and noise I found it fairly difficult to sleep. This is a decent budget friendly stay if you can tolerate less than favorable sleeping conditions but I probably won’t be staying there again.

The rooms are a bit small, if you check late they will not bring extra items (towels, blanket etc) A deposit was required over $300.

Trung and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The construction is a bit off-putting, but the rooms were clean and decent.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown by IHG and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a unique charm with its stylish design and historic character, which really sets it apart from more typical hotel stays. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown to anyone looking for a comfortable and distinctive place to stay in the city.
