The hotel was clean. No complaints on the cleanliness. I will say that the king suite did not have a safe or microwave. There was not a door to seperate the toliet/shower from the sink/vanity area. Our room exterior had a canyon effect making street noise amplified. I think they are aware of this and that is why they provided ear plugs in the room. Staff was all pleasant and helpful. We had 2 tvs in the room which was nice. I would give it 4.5 stars. Not an option so I'll round up and go with 5 stars.
We had a great experience at the Indigo in Dallas. They did have construction ongoing but was not an issue, well done. Marcus the GM did us a favor by letting us check in very early due to having to leave the Magnolia downtown the road that had no A/C. The Magnolia is a sinking/sunk ship we have stayed at 10 years ago but is now needing to be sold to a serious hotel owner. Enough about that, the bottom line is when I really needed some help salvaging an anniversary weekend they came through for us and made the rest of the trip outstanding. I have stayed here before many years ago and the place is still running in excellent condition. Great value, and great hotel downtown Dallas walking distance to everything we came to enjoy. Thanks again Marcus and team!
We stayed here for the Pride Parade over the weekend. It is a nice hotel, but definitely overpriced. The refrigerator was not very cold at all even on max and there are no microwaves in the room. The beds were very comfortable and it is a clean hotel. They were doing construction so that messed up the ambiance of the lobby a bit. Staff was very friendly and the check out prices was very convenient as they offer online checkout if desired.
No issues with the room. Plenty of towels. No microwave in the room, but that was the only issue.
Love, love, love this place. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is going through remodeling which is look great so far. The rooms are big and freshly remodeled. The hotels location is perfect for food and nightlife. I will definitely stay here again.
Housekeeping opened my sealed backpack and assumingly looked through it. I really can't imagine somebody in the hospitality industry thinking that that's okay behavior. To concern yourself with somebody else's private belongings that they've decided to stow away is nothing but inexcusable and deviant. Are you the sheriff with the warrant? Nah just creeps, apparently. Otherwise ok for 140 a night, for a double bed, not a queen, I guess...
