This hotel provides an amazing selection of amenities and the best pool in Dallas!!! Tristan and Tristan were the most polite and funniest customer service people I've ever had!!! Because of them I cant wait to stay again!!
Stayed here for two nights as part of the Chase Edit program. The front desk person as well as the valet team were nice, friendly, and helpful. Room didn’t seem like it was ready when we checked in at around 5 pm, had crumbs all over the floor and missing room number. They forgot our welcome amenity but added it later while we were gone. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was really bad so we never came back. Pool looked nice but a bit small. Overall, an okay stay but don’t think we will be back.
First I’d like to start the review with saying I appreciate the hospitality of the Kimpton Pittman hotel they definitely went above and beyond to accommodate every time we needed something during our stays! This is the second time we stayed here. The first we booked the premium room with the bathtub definitely worth it for relaxation at the end of a long day! 🛀🏻 🧘🏻♂️ the area can be a bit rowdy (deep ellum) but didn’t mind that at all I appreciate how close it is actually to the action , cocktail bars, dinner spots and just a short drive away to downtown area, the beds are super comfortable and they cleaned our room every day during our stay! ✨👌🏻 the pool is very relaxing if you want to lounge around and soak up some sun! ☀️ for my suggestions I’d say there food menu should have more options / snacks for the pool! Overall I’d stay here again!
After an incredibly disappointing experience at another hotel, I arrived at the Kimpton feeling exhausted, frustrated, and honestly ready to give up on my trip. From the moment I walked through the doors, Tristan and Ivan changed everything. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were exactly what I needed. They welcomed me with warmth, treated me with compassion, and made me feel like more than just another guest. After a long and stressful day, their hospitality was a breath of fresh air. What stood out most was how effortlessly they turned a difficult situation into a positive one. They listened, they cared, and they made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. In an industry where great service can make all the difference, Tristan and Ivan are true standouts. Because of them, what started as one of the worst travel days I’ve had ended with relief, comfort, and gratitude. They didn’t just provide excellent customer service they genuinely saved my day. Thank you, Tristan and Ivan, for reminding me what exceptional hospitality looks like. The Kimpton is fortunate to have you both.
Close to deep Ellum and a short walk to the downtown. Can be a bit noisy depending on the side of the hotel you wind up on but they give ear plugs to help. The beds are comfortable, the restaurant is good for breakfast and the pool is nice. The gym is well taken care of and has decent equipment. The staff at the hotel were all excellent. Held doors, made sure coffee was full, invited my friend and I to happy hour. Really made the stay great.
