Mint House Dallas Downtown by Kasa

Booked a room, came at 9:30pm and they couldn’t accept my payment so after one hour of being on hold they cancelled my reservation and told me to find another hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Mint House Downtown Dallas by Kasa. The check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient since everything was handled online, making arrival completely hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Downtown Dallas and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view. From the 49th floor, the views of the city were amazing, and seeing Reunion Tower lit up at night was absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Mint House Downtown Dallas by Kasa to anyone visiting Dallas and would gladly stay here again.

Our experience/stay with KASA/Mint House Downtown Dallas TX was AWESOME! Everything from the parking, the room, as well as communication. You want be disappointed if you book a room with Mint House.

Great stay at a great location! Beautiful apartment with all of the necessary fixings for a comfortable stay. The gentleman who assisted me was so welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!

The location is simply incredible, and the apartment is super well-equipped. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable. I love staying at KASA apartments around the United States, but the one in Dallas is definitely one of the best.

Everything was great. Except one thing. We paid for our room months ago then when we got here we had to pay another 24$ none refundable fee to insure the room or pay $250 and it would be returned after we checked out and we didn't break anything

We stayed at a two bed room on the 49th floor of the Mint House. The view is superb. The appliances are high-end and the rooms are of good size. We had issues with the lighting in one of our rooms and we had to reset the breaker quite often. BTW - if you replied to one of their emails, your email just showed it failed because of unrecognized destination. One issue that we noticed is that for a two bedrooms aparthotel, there is not enough chair/sofa for people to sit and talk. Also, there are only two counter top chairs... These are misses that should not be there for a high end facility. When we were there, there was a lot of inside construction going on and it was quite noisy. We did not reduce the score for this as we believe it is temporary.
