Quality Inn & Suites University Fort Collins

We decided to stay at this location because we were attending a meeting in Loveland and this was the only reasonable option close by. When we checked in it was really late and the gentleman that was there was exceptionally helpful and very kind. He was experiencing some difficulties with his computers but was still able to get us checked in. The other gentleman that we came across while eating breakfast was also very kind and was making sure all of the food was stocked, he never rushed us even when it was closing time for the kitchen. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we plan on staying there again in the future.

We put in a reservation request to be near another guest, upon check in- they said oops we’re booked. Try to tell them tomorrow when they check in they didn’t even try to accommodate. I mean what’s the point of a request??? The beds in 311 were TERRIBLE. The mattresses were old. Not a pillow top, you could feel every spring. We had a lot of back pain from sleeping on them- if we could even get comfortable to sleep. Upon getting in the room we found the window was separated from its frame. Told the front desk, was told maintenance would come the next date. They never showed. The rooms were clean however started to feel outdated. Wifi was slow and tv didn’t have options for streaming to log in. Breakfast options are very basic (cereal/waffle/bagels). Great location otherwise.

Its off the main strip. Very quit. The rooms are clean. I would of give it 5 star if the beds were updated to a pillow top. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet location with kind staff. Manager was especially welcoming. Easy parking and great value for the price.

Stayed here a night with my family and can say it was very clean and cozy! The staff were very nice and had great hospitality. Made sure if we needed to bother them for anything, we didn’t feel burdened and instead felt welcome! The pool was very clean and not freezing! The shower water got warm fast and pressure was perfect. It is not to crowded and the location has restaurants and convenience stores around making it perfect if I needed anything that didn’t require me to drive far.
