We had a fantastic, two-night stay here in June. The location is so lovely, next to the river and greenbelt and adjacent to a wonderful restaurant. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and was comfortable and extremely spacious. Our bathroom had Crabtree and Evelyn soaps as well as Zero brand shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Our king-room included a bathtub shower combo, mini-fridge, Keurig and microwave. Everything was so clean! Staff were welcoming and kind from the front desk through to the housekeeping.

This is one of the nicer hotels in Boise. It is fairly priced for what you get (generally spacious rooms, a large pool and is in a very visually appealing area.) A quick walk from the greenbelt and near downtown Eagle. It is also very well themed and decorated. This hotel consistently maintains a comfortable and welcoming vibe. However this is where my compliments end. The hotel, while in a beautiful area is pretty far from the airport (around 15 miles) and I would absolutely recommend that anyone staying here do the research of how far this place is from the airport and downtown. Inheritantly it might not seem that far, but coupled with a day of slow traffic or bad weather and you could be looking at 30-40 commutes from the hotel to the airport. I know this because my stay was almost ruined by me almost missing my flight out of Boise. I thought the drive would be shorter, but I drastically underestimated it and ended up in a traffic jam on the freeway. I only arrived at my gate with about 10 minutes to spare before my flight departed. Additionally, due to a seeming lack of infrastructure, the roads around the hotel and eagle and general get extremely busy on certain days and can cause nightmare traffic just doing basic things like getting groceries. I am not from Boise, but it baffles me how they have not expanded the roads around here yet. Perhaps they will in the future. Overall, this is a nice stay if you are looking for a cute place by the river, but PLEASE do some research on the location where you are staying, and the distance that it is from the rest of Boise.
