Great breakfast, helpful hosts

The front desk lady when I checked in late last night was amazing. She walked me to the conference room I'd be using thus morning just to make sure I knew where it was. As I woukd be in the conference room until noon, which is their normal checkout time, they also extended my checkout time to 1pm so I wouldn't have to have my luggage in the conference room with my interviewees. The only bummer about the location was my Uber drivers both (from the airport yesterday and to the airport today) got lost, extending our trip time. I realize Uber problems aren't the hotel's issue, but that leads me to believe it's not the easiest to find. That said, the staff were all amazing and super friendly. 10/10 will stay here the next time I'm in Boise.

My husband and I spent the night at this property with our 2 dogs in May 2026. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was excellent, the room was large with a separate sitting area, and although it's an older property was well maintained, and very, very quiet. Very dog friendly. We were given a little gift box of pet items upon arrival which I thought was a very nice touch, and there was a very large pet potty area stocked with poo bags right outside the door. The complementary breakfast was very good and restocked frequently. The location wasn't particularly convenient to the freeway (I think it's primarily used by business travelers to the companies nearby) but we had such a great experience that I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is fine, but they often dont service your room. The shower drained really slowly, and the AC is extremely loud - but it does work well. Nothing bad about the hotel but definitely not one I would consider up to the standards I'd expect from a Marriott brand

Nice staff and clean rooms. The absolute worst breakfast I've ever had at a Springhill and I travel for a living. Honestly it was surprising. Idk if I could make the pre-packaged food that bad if I tried. The low quality of the breakfast should be studied. As a species one of our most basic talents is heating things up and for three days in a row they somehow served undercooked food.

Everything is clean. Housekeeping is good. The ftont desk staff are awesome Breakfast is tasty. A neighborhood bar and restaurant named Lindy's is behind the place across the parking lot that's pretty decent.

Nothing like pulling in at 1:45am, everything along the route has been closed since 10pm (N. Idaho) and not having any of the amenities you requested (and confirmed) in advance in the room and the hotel is out of water. 3 traveler's, 2 waters (not even for purchase) a less than accommodating front desk person and then the alarm from the in room clock goes off at 6am waking up everyone. They could definitely do better. The little things add up.

The breakfast buffet was kind of gross. Egg sandwiches were tasteless and possibly microwaved. The bottom was really hard.
