Great place to stay.

The check in process was smooth, staff is polite and rooms are well maintained. Great view of the mountains from the hotel. There are quite a few decent restaurants nearby (around 5-7 minutes drive). The pool and spa area are a little dated. Daily breakfast was ok - mostly cereal, waffle and eggs. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are available near the front desk. Overnight parking is complimentary in the private lot.

Aside from the typical stuff that makes a hotel terrible, like uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast, and dingy rooms, these rooms obviously have MOLD and is not ADA-friendly. We had two rooms, one for my grandma and mom, and then another for myself, my husband, and our baby. We were given a room with a “hot tub” which is really just an oversized bathtub in the middle of the room surrounded by CARPET. Whenever we were in our room, our baby was getting terribly congested and a very dry cough, however when we went anywhere else, he was fine. I also got sore throat and a runny nose in the room. When we went to the front desk and told them we suspected mold due to water in the carpet from the tub and that our baby was sick from it, they didn’t seem to care at all just gave us a new room, but the new room also had a tub. We eventually got a room without one. Also, we requested an ADA room for my grandma, who is recovering from a fall and has limited mobility. The first room they got was not ADA. When they moved them to the ADA room, the room is barely accessible. The only accessible thing was the shower. The door to the room is super heavy she could not open it. The toilet only has a support bar on one side, and it was the side she’s not mobile on. The toilet is also far too low for ada. The bed was high which made getting in and out difficult. And that’s not even touching on the water pressure so bad we could barely wash our hair in. Do not stay here… you’ll pay over $500 for three nights just to get sick and they won’t care.

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a set of bunk beds in an attached separate room. We liked that setup and everyone slept comfortably. There was a smell of marijuana throughout the entire property which was not great. Other than that, we liked the room option.

Nice hotel, stayed in a suite w a hot tub on the main floor for a week. No neighbors on either side. The jets in the tub needed to be cleaned but I did that myself, ran the tub with jets on with hot water and soap for about 90min and got a bunch of gunk out. I didn't use it again. I had already been there 4 days before the hot tub began spitting out gross stuff. Their hot tub jets are clearly not cleaned & disinfected because the growth that came out shouldn't have ever had an opportunity to cultivate in that system. It could have caused awful skin irritations but thankfully didn't. There is a room on one of the higher floors that has a nicer hot tub & hopefully its cleaner. Beds, blankets and pillows are all comfy & clean. I always check for bed bugs regardless wether I'm in a full service or economy location and there was no evidence of that. Breakfasts are good, nice variety. They rotate 3-4 different menus. The front desk offers a refrigerated and frozen snacks, sodas and meals at reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly.

This was probably one of the most dirty hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was very friendly, but itnjust seems like the owner doesn't want to spend simple money to make things clean and not broken. The pool area was the biggest eye sore. It has an overwhelming smell of mildew. Out bathroom also smelt like mildew, and was obvious water damage around shower that is just painted over. Our table and tv stand were dirty with spilt juice or something on it when we walked in.

Stayed Saturday, 12/6:2025 - NO hot tub (and they have an indoor and outdoor one). Outdoor one was frigid cold and indoor one was barely luke warm - the indoor pool water was warmer. Asked front desk for assistance, they immediately went to pool room and started working in pool equipment room, but when I returned an hour later to check water nothing was different. Do *not* advertise having a hot tub if you do not have!!! Extremely misleading, especially when catering to families that ski and appreciate this amenity. Also, shame on you Choice Hotels! Your morning coffee sucks! It is *not* brewed from actual ground coffee beans and is syrupy and thick and too strong/bitter. I became a Choice Hotel member thinking I’d find quality hotels pre-selected to cut back on guess work & research but I’m tired of less-than-good quality at your chosen hotels that are serving fake coffee, questionable eggs (both hard-boiled and scrambled) and that advertise hot tubs that don’t work once you check-in. Starting to believe it’s a racket.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms that don’t look old at all. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. They also offer breakfast, which is better than other hotels in the same price range nearby. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth recommending!

Checked in using choice hotel rewards. The room was flat out gross. The jacuzzi had hairs and dirty streaks in it, the mattress had stains of what appeared to be blood or fecal matter. I checked out and contacted choice hotels for a refund and the hotel LIED and said I had not checked out despite handing the keys to the clerk and explicitly checking out minutes after arrival. Look at the date and location stamps on the photos if you're wondering who to believe!
