Park Shore Waikiki Hotel

Beautiful hotel and a nice perk including free beach equipment rentals discount at the local restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and helpful with all my questions. The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of Diamond Head and the beach. The traffic noise can be a bit loud at times as it carries up to the rooms easily. They offer free sunscreen and a filtered water station to refill your water bottles. My room had a nice view of the zoo too

We stayed here for a few nights due to being displaced after the Kona low Storm and it was a really Good staycation and much needed for our family. After everything we experienced, and we are grateful for Parkshore and their staff who made this such a wonderful stay Mahalo Parkshore Ohana.

We had an incredible stay at Park Shore Waikiki Hotel. It is located literally across the street from the beautiful beach. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, although the bathroom was outdated... they need to replace and update the shower and tub. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Shore Waikiki. The location was absolutely perfect directly across from the beach with incredible views of both the ocean and Diamond Head, across from the zoo, and only about half a block from most tour pickup locations. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The bed was great, the water pressure was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced, and the lobby amenities were such a thoughtful touch especially the free sunscreen, aloe (which absolutely saved me after a snorkeling induced sunburn), and refillable water station. The best part of the stay, however, was the staff — especially Randi. After an extremely stressful travel experience getting to Hawaiʻi, she immediately made me feel welcomed and at home. Listened to me rant about what touristy things I did and recommended places to check out. The hotel’s text system for updates and questions was also incredibly helpful and convenient throughout the stay. If you can, I highly recommend booking an ocean view room. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable.

Let me tell you that this Hotel has everything to can dream of. Extremely and comfortable staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. I recommend you go.

Very disappointing experience. I left a pair of new shoes in my room and reported it right after checkout. I’m 100% sure they were there, but the hotel said the item was “not found.” Feels like this wasn’t properly handled. Be careful while checking out- lost items may not be recovered here.

The location of the hotel is top, if you want to be in the middle of the vibrant Waikiki groove. There is always something going on there, especially on the weekend. The room is rather small and with kids, in my opinion, too small. We had a two bed corner room. Since the place is a bit dated, the beds are only the size of a double. With our two kids and the rather small room and beds, not the most relaxing stay. Try to get at least a corner room as far up as possible (> Level 10). The view makes up for the room. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The room felt clean. The size deserves 2 stars; it's too small to open two suitcases. I wish the room was a little bigger. The shower didn't work at first, perhaps because I'm not used to the American style, but I figured out how the faucet worked and was able to use it. Even though it was on the 9th floor, the water pressure was fine and it was comfortable to use. I'm not sure about changing the towels every two days; I wish they would change them if I leave them out in the hallway. I don't expect the room to be cleaned. There was an acai bowl shop on the first floor, but I didn't know they served breakfast. They were building a shop next door, so it seems like it will become more popular in the future. The location is on the edge of Waikiki, but the bus is easy to use, and although I chose it for its cost, I'm satisfied.

I have travelled a lot in my life and this was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect. This hotel has the best location out of any hotel in Waikiki. The view of the ocean from the balcony is unbelievable. You can watch the waves picking up over the morning, grab your surf board and be at the surf spot in less than 2 minutes. They store your board for you downstairs. Everything was incredible but the thing that makes this hotel the best is the staff. You walk in and are greeted by the friendliest of faces. It felt like returning to your own home. Every single staff member was so welcoming and friendly. Each and every one of you make this hotel an 11/10.
