Great place, friendly staff.
Its at a good location but the rooms are old and need to be renovated. Also the coffee amenities are okay. I feel like they spent a lot of money of renovating their lobby and not enough on other things. Overall maybe a 2/3 star hotel.
I stayed for 4 nights as part of a package tour (with breakfast included) through a travel agency. I received breakfast tickets, which could be used at two restaurants on the first floor and one on the first floor of the adjacent hotel. Restaurant A offered sandwiches and drinks, Restaurant B only offered acai bowls, and Restaurant C allowed purchases up to $20. All the restaurants were delicious. There seemed to be a card for borrowing beach towels, but we didn't receive one. However, we were able to borrow one even without our own. I struggled to figure out how to use the TV. Cleaning was done on the second night, including towel changes. The staff were friendly, which was great. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that during my stay, the guests in the next room and the adjacent hotel had very poor manners and made a lot of noise. The last day was quiet, so I think it depends on the timing.
The hotel is good, with an excellent location. It has rooms with nice views. In my case, I had a very good view; however, there was a very loud noise at any time of day. It was very annoying at night.
The staff will never fail to go the extra mile to serve and help where ever they can always clean quiet and excellent location
It feels a bit dated and lacks luxury, but it offers excellent value for money. Since it's right on the beach, you'll be satisfied even without an ocean view room.
