À propos de ce lieu Sabal Palm House Bed and Breakfast

Sabal Palm House is a small bed and breakfast on North Golfview Road, a block from Bryant Park and the Intracoastal and a few minutes' walk from the Lake Avenue restaurants and Propaganda. Purple Roofs, a gay travel directory, lists it as gay-friendly; it's a mainstream B&B rather than a gay guesthouse. Google reviewers rate it 4.6 from about 170 reviews. It's a convenient base for Palm Beach Pride, which takes place in Bryant Park in late March, so book well ahead for that weekend.

Our stay at the Sabal Palm House Bed and Breakfast was incredible! I was really impressed with the hospitality. We took 5 young people for their senior trip, and it was perfect! The proximity to the water, the beautiful and comfortable rooms, and the incredible food made this stay 5 stars!

Delightful getaway! Spent one night at this fabulous B&B. Jack was an awesome host- warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Wine at cocktail hour. With early tee times at Palm Beach Par 3, Jack accommodated our group of four couples for an early breakfast- awesome quiche, croissants, coffee, juice. Great courtyard, comfortable rooms. Stay!

We began staying at Sabal Palm 8-10 years ago under the former owners once or twice a winter until we rented a condo in the area 2022-2025. This was our first time back since before covid and under new ownership of the past 3-4 years. The staff made best effort and that was appreciated. Many rely on reviews for planning and decision making. Despite the positive reviews that the inn still receives, our observation and experience indicates a significant decline in the physical property bordering on neglect. It appears that little has been done to maintain the building inside and out and now becoming evident after a few years. Classic old properties like this require continuous ongoing maintenance. It hasn’t occurred.

Our first time staying here since the change in ownership and although we enjoyed our visit it was better when we were here two years ago. Room and common areas were clean and room was serviced daily (garbage and towels). Little variety with breakfasts and fruit in dining room was there for a few days and appeared to have turned. Pastries and muffins appeared to be store bought and on one occasion were actually cold as if they were taken from the refrigerator. It wouldn’t take much effort to improve and earn an excellent rating.

Absolutely stunning 🤩 What a gem we have found as part of tour of Florida with friends. The building and interior is beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting Jack and his son Sam (the owners) who were wonderful. I’d recommend Sabal Palm to everyone.

OK folks. This place is a treasure I just accidentally discovered. It was like treasure falling from the sky and landing at my feet. The owner Jack, has masterly attended to the tiniest detail, all with exceptional taste. I checked in last night for two nights and just this morning I extended my stay for another night. I can't get over how well this place is managed. Like many of you, I am world travelled, and have stayed at many of the best hotels in dozens of cities. Jack would win in a blind taste test. Speaking of taste, Jack is also a chef and we had an elegant and generous breakfast, served by his 18 year old son Sam. I tipped Sam $20 just because I wanted to encourage him. You should too. Such lovely people. I never negotiate against myself, but I told Jack his prices are too low for the quality delivers. LOL. He said I'm the second guest to tell him that today. The next time you are in the Palm Beach Florida area, go out of your way to stay here. MJL

Sabal Palm is a retreat from the hustle and bustle of South Florida. This was my second stay here and I will certainly return again. Jack and Sammy thought of everything, inviting guests to feel at home immediately. Every few steps I found another picturesque place to relax and enjoy the house and courtyard (and I'm pretty sure I tried them all). Lauri kept the property and my room impeccably clean, and just like Jack and Sammy, her friendliness was part of the beauty of Sabal Palm. I look forward to seeing you all next time!

Ideal location to stay at when come down to visit my mother on South Ocean Blvd. It has always been a lovely spot, but the new owner is adding all sorts of nice new touches. Rooms are very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. The courtyard garden makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise.

Lovely bed and breakfast. 1 mile to the beach, easy bike ride. Few minutes walk to downtown Lake Worth. Owner made us feel welcome from day one. Breakfasts were delicious, hope you get the waffle at least one morning. Cute outdoor space our room also had a balcony. Cookies in the afternoon. We will definitely be back.
