Thank you for the help Vicki thanks again you helped us out as we was in a middle of a move to Idaho from Colorado and vehicle broke down stranded us in Laramie for a couple days and Vicki went out of her way to help us out outstanding job

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Biscuits and gravy were the best I have had at a hotel. Very clean.

We stayed one night and overall the room and stay were fine. However, we specifically asked at check‑in whether the hot tub was working and were told it was, which was a big part of why we chose this hotel. The next morning we were told it was out of service, and when we went to look it was green and clearly hadn’t been usable for a while. I understand things break, but it felt misleading and really disappointing after being told the opposite the night before.

Super nice hotel but the only problem with it is no elevator service... if you are young or strong enough to go 2 flights of stairs, no problem.... but if you are elderly, go somewhere else.

Good stay! Everything was clean and as it should. Breakfast and front desk were great. It was just a bit pricey for the basic lodgings for me.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! And the room with 3 queens was great for our family.

Staff was very friendly and the location is convenient. In our specific room the AC didn’t work great and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock.
