Don't have a free breakfast but pretty good

Amazing customer service, everyone is so kind and helpful. And it is in the midst of renovations, the new room designs look good. Three stars is because I found previous guest’s clothes in my room in the cabinets, and the a/c unit blows out little black specks of something when it’s running. It gets all over the bed/ you when you’re sleeping. I also was awoken late at night by a maintenance man asking to look in my room. But again, amazing customer service and I think they are doing some amazing improvements, and I love their pet friendly policy!

If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn in Laramie, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar to meet Cheyenne! She truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Cheyenne’s warm personality and genuine kindness stood out. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere and builds meaningful connections with every guest she meets. It’s clear that she truly cares about people and takes immense pride in her work. The bar area was spotless, organized, and inviting every time we visited; a reflection of Cheyenne’s incredible attention to detail and conscientiousness. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, taken care of, and appreciated. Exceptional service is hard to find, but Cheyenne delivers it effortlessly. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to connect with people are what hospitality is all about. She is an absolute gem, and the Holiday Inn is lucky to have her. Thank you, Cheyenne, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back and see you again!

Room was very clean, well maintained, bed sheets were to standard, hotel staff was very accommodating and very nice, highly recommend staying here!!

Absolutely amazing

Good place, clean and nice staff, but no breakfast? That is a go, no-go for me choosing a hotel and priceline lists it as free breakfast. There is a Perkins, but thats just another 20$ in costs.

I put five stars simply for the bar the bartender on staff “Cheyanne” was absolutely amazing, kind and attentive could not ask for more 10/10 would recommend

Shout out to JESS for checking us in, and having great conversation with her. She is amazing! Also, my compliments to MIKE for feeding us some great breakfast. I love that every cup of coffee is fresh too.

Clean tidy and great custody service. I highly recommend it. But no breakfast here. They offer a 10% discount to eat at Perkins. We got 20% because my husband is a disabled vet.

Room 409 Ana greeted us with a beautiful smile. And great conversation. She was awesome and very polite and a delight to talk too. She made check in a breeze. She explained everything beautifully. Late afternoon Receptionist is equally as nice. Hotel is easily found and close to a nice variety of restaurants and stores. Nice comfy big room. Bed and linens are clean and soft. Bathroom well supplied and clean. Nice towels. Room gets dark and stays very quiet. IHG quality all the way. Check out was just as pleasant as check in. No free breakfast but there is a restaurant/ bakery (?) attached... We made an awesome choice by staying here.
