Hôtel Millennium Biltmore

I came and stayed for a work trip and oh my goodness it was so incredible I am already planning a personal trip to stay at the Biltmore with family.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. There rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff were kind and very accommodating and if I had any problems they dealt with it right away. The entire building is absolutely gorgeous. My boyfriend and I stayed here because we love dark history and true crime and spooky stuff- we didn’t witness any ghosts or paranormal activity, it was a very comfortable experience! But the hotel does have some information up about the Black Dahlia which I thought was really cool.

Problematic hotel. - 🟥🟥 I expect a refund of USD 348.60 on January 17, 2026 at 8:33 AM, charged to my Visa card without my knowledge or consent. Mr. Frank Young, please refund my money. Customer service is nonexistent. Regards.

Went there for a memorial the room was absolutely beautiful the service was very good the food was sub par, it was the kind of buffet you would expect to get in a downtown Las Vegas casino I was there 2.15 hours self parking 9 levels up was $55 dollars come on guys that is really pushing the envelope.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were professional, courteous, and always willing to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel valued as a guest from the very beginning. The hotel facilities were beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The attention to detail and overall atmosphere of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would also like to commend the entire staff for their dedication to providing excellent customer service. Every interaction was positive, and their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the management and staff for creating such a welcoming and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Man! Looks can be deceiving! The pictures on the website are brighten so lightly so you won’t be able to tell how old, rusted, and worn down the furniture is for starters. The beds look like it was from 1776 when the Declaration of Independence was signed. Like it belonged in an old amish home. The bathroom had mold. Like the hotel pretty much some welcome to the place to get your butt sick smh! And it doesn’t end there! This place is haunted. I was walking down the hallway and there was a staircase to my left. And in my side vision I saw a white lady with a white dress on with red hair! I quickly turned to look and she was gone! Then something kept tapping on my door while I was asleep at night! Yall need to give disclaimers that yall are filthy and haunted smh.

100 year old building, you can feel the history for the second you walk in the door. The hallways are lined with movies that have been made onsite. Bar opens at 4pm something to think about if you are looking for a mid day drink. Staff is above and beyond friendly, rooms are of good size. If you are looking for something of historical and beauty this is definitely the hotel.

A Scary, Disrespectful Experience Avoid at All Costs Staying at this hotel was truly one of the worst and most unsettling experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed here for about two weeks, and by the end of my stay, I couldn’t even book another night online due to what appeared to be a glitch in the system. When I went to the front desk to get help, the staff treated me like I was doing something wrong. Despite being a paying guest for two full weeks, they questioned me like I was overstaying or sneaking around. One staff member even sent a security guard to escort me to my room, standing at the open door while I gathered my belongings as if I were stealing. It was humiliating, confusing, and deeply upsetting. When I asked to speak with a manager, he simply shrugged, offered a halfhearted “sorry for the bad experience,” and walked away. That level of indifference, after all the money I spent, was infuriating. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of customer service. Frankly, I don’t understand how this place is still operating with a team so unprofessional and disrespectful especially in a historic building that should have a sense of pride and hospitality. The only kind individuals were a few of the helpers and some of the security staff. The staff shows no accountability for their behavior they’re incredibly disrespectful and full of attitude. It’s honestly disgusting. It’s shocking to see such unprofessionalism in a historic building you’d expect a certain level of class and courtesy.Nothing even close. atmosphere in the building itself felt heavy and uncomfortable. It’s not just bad service it’s an environment that feels unwelcoming and, at times, frightening. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are far better places to stay nearby. The Westin for example, offers a completely different experience: respectful, warm, and professional. Unlike this hotel, they actually make you feel like a valued guest. I’ll never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
