The room and facilities were generally positive, except our TV was non-functional and shower was not as clean as one would hope for. In addition, we were charged $23.95 for a long-distance call. After clarifying that no long distance call was made, the desk staff only removed $10 of the charge and did not provide any recourse given the room conditions.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Brissa for the exceptional service she provided during my stay. From the moment we interacted, she was professional, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience. In an industry where outstanding hospitality makes all the difference, Brissa stands out as someone who consistently goes above and beyond. Employees like her are incredibly difficult to find and even harder to replace. She represents the hotel with class, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. The positive impression she leaves reflects directly on the quality and reputation of the Biltmore. The Biltmore is fortunate to have Brissa on its team. She is a valuable asset to the organization and deserves recognition for the outstanding work she does every day. Thank you, Brissa, for making the experience memorable. Keep up the excellent work. Brissa you are AWESOME Arash Gholami

As a frequent guest of The Biltmore Los Angeles, I can confidently say this hotel never fails to impress. Staying here feels like stepping into a masterpiece of history; the breathtaking architecture and the opulent, grand lobby are truly unmatched in the city. Every visit is a seamless blend of classic elegance and modern comfort. The service is consistently professional, and there's a timeless charm that makes it feel like home away from home in downtown LA. If you appreciate refined luxury and a storied past, I cannot recommend this iconic landmark enough. If you appreciate exquisite luxury and a rich historical heritage, I highly recommend that you experience this iconic landmark hotel for yourself.

The hotel is very well located; there are restaurants nearby, many buses pass by to downtown and West Los Angeles, as well as the B subway line which is one block away. The rooms are comfortable, the gym is spacious and complete, the pool lacks lighting.
