Luxe City Center Hotel

Hotel has no service at all you arrive there with bags they have no service welcoming guests are terrible if you go there they will charge you for parking $66 dollar a night When I was leaving the elevator was smelled marijuana NOT RECOMMENDED

The room itself is nice and clean, however I am writing this review at 1 AM because I cannot sleep due to the blaring songs coming from the bar across the street. While I understand that is not technically the hotel’s fault, it is unacceptable to pay full price for a nice hotel and not be able to sleep peacefully in your own room. The room is literally shaking from the music, and screams constantly echo through the walls. That is not okay, and was never mentioned by staff, etc., despite this likely happening every night. I guess my first red flag was that I arrived at 3 PM when check-in was supposed to begin, only to be told that my room was not ready. In fact, almost nobody’s rooms were ready at that time. I personally only had to wait around 40 minutes, but they never called me like they said they would. I had to go back up and ask myself, and that’s when I found out my room had actually already been ready. Meanwhile, even two hours after check-in officially started, many people who arrived shortly after I did were still waiting for their rooms.

eCentral is a bogus hotel where they will tell you to pay as hold but never reverts back the hold money. I lost 42,000 INR by first paying on MMT and then their they ask to block the amount as advance and never reverted back that money.

The room was clean. And all the staff were incredibly kind and wonderful! The welcome drink and coffee were great too. The room cleaning was perfect! It's conveniently located for accessing Dodger Stadium and Santa Monica. There's also a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, so it was a very comfortable stay. The bar on the second floor has very loud bass that resonates until around 3 AM, but I stayed on the fourth floor, and it was only slightly noticeable. It didn't affect my sleep. I wonder what it would have been like if I had stayed on the third floor. Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay!! A huge thank you to all the staff!!

Apparently you need a physical card or they won't give you your prepaid room.

The hotel was OK. The valet parking was very expensive. Well, they came in and took our dirty towels off the floor in the bathroom. They never brought us new towels or made the beds. I would never stay there again. The lady at the front desk said somebody would call me and that never happened either.
