I had a truly horrific time checking in after my flight. I had landed around 11:30pm and it was almost 2 by the time I got into my room. There was an error with the card reader. The night manager was new and couldn't figure out how to use the card reader or how to repair the issue. A bride and groom had the same issue and we ended up sitting in the lobby dealing with it together. However, once I got into my room I was thrilled at the decor, how clean it was, the Nespresso machine that got lots of use...I was in town for work so I didn't get to use the perks like I would have liked. The pool was small but clean and pretty with a beautiful lounge. After I left work work I got a text from the manager himself to apologize for the issues I had experienced. While my first evening (early morning) was full of headaches, the rest of the staff and the vibe of the place made it worth my while. I grabbed a delicious coffee before I left for my flight. I give grace to people starting out and they definitely made it right. Andrii and David made the trip worth it. Thanks, guys!

Very cute hotel, in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. It was a bit annoying that there was nothing in the room on the first day - not even mineral water. The price is quite high considering that breakfast is not included. Overall, an excellent experience

Had a wonderful stay at Palihouse West Hollywood. What really sets it apart from most big hotel chains are the thoughtful touches—an in-room microwave, drinks in the fridge, vintage-style dinnerware, facial wipes by the bedside, and great-smelling body wash and moisturizer. The poolside setup with infused water, iced tea, and gummies was a nice bonus. The hotel's beautiful vintage décor, cozy lounge area with books, and comfortable seating give it a unique charm. A special thank you to David Andrii for their exceptional service and hospitality—he made the experience even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again!

I think the overall experience was very good! The front desk staff member, Matthew, was very professional and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping did not wipe our table, but everything else was cleaned well. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent location and genuinely attentive service throughout the stay. The beds were also very comfortable, which helped make the experience more enjoyable overall. That said, the sound insulation in the rooms could be significantly improved. We could clearly hear full conversations from neighbouring rooms, as well as persistent noise and vibrations from the AC generators above us on the 5th floor, which at times sounded like helicopters overhead. The window frames also seemed quite thin, allowing a considerable amount of road noise into the room. To the hotel’s credit, they are clearly aware of the issue and thoughtfully provide earplugs in the rooms, which did help us sleep better. Overall, a good stay with strong service and location, but the acoustics unfortunately impacted the comfort level.

Wow so I actually want to gatekeep this place but my stay here was so incredible that it wouldn’t be fair to keep it to myself. I stood here a few weeks ago while I traveled from NYC. I arrived Friday and stood there until Tuesday. From the outside the place is gorgeous and quite charming in the most dreamy way. Clean and warm with beautiful plants adorning the driveway. As soon as you enter the place is visually stimulating with beautiful decor and a rich aroma. The staff was immaculate from the very beginning super accommodating and gracious. My room was perfection and the details in the decor was chefs kiss. The ground floor has a living room style area where you can do some work or just enjoy the space. There is also a warm and very chic restaurant that accommodates an outdoor space as well. The place is a beautiful balance of being seen but also having space I felt beyond welcomed. Service for the rooms was wonderful and they were so lovely. Upon my departure Phrancisco was there to make sure my experience was everything and more. My flight wasn’t until later on and he made accommodations so that I could utilize every minute I had left. He was beyond helpful kind and delightful. Everything about this place is phenomenal and I will absolutely return. I came back to New York City feeling rested recharged and inspired. So a big thank you to the staff there you guys are sensational.
