When I arrived at the hotel, the room smelled awful, even though it appeared clean. It was incredibly expensive for how bad it was. The service was terrible; they charged me a deposit that wasn't mentioned when I booked. This hotel is the worst; don't come here.

Today we called a day before to ask for an early check-in and were told the earliest available time would be 12:30 PM. When I arrived, I was rudely attended to and suddenly told no. I later went back just to ask another question and was again greeted with rudeness. Fine, whatever. I explained that my dad would be checking in for me. Mind you, we traveled about 3 1/2 hours to be here for the game today. My dad didn’t even want to go anymore and decided to wait at the room instead. When we finally got into the room, the floor clearly had not been mopped, there was hair all over the bathroom and even on the beds, there was frozen food left inside the mini fridge, and the bedsheets were dirty and worn out. It was honestly disgusting and disappointing after such a long drive. What made it worse was when I brought the issues up to the front desk, somehow it felt like they were trying to blame us because my dad “didn’t check the room” when he first got there. After traveling hours to get here, the last thing we expected was poor customer service and an unclean room. Definitely not the experience we paid for.
