This clinic never answers the phone, but when you go in for a visit you see the staff behind the counter doing nothing. Update: July 20th, this place is getting worse every month. Still can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. The phone recording tells you to go to the app and you can't even send a message through the map. So annoying. Do better.

If I wasn’t incredibly detail!oriented and able to constantly follow up on everything regarding my health, I would probably be dead by now. They make mistakes, neglect, and send the wrong prescriptions. I would say use them for STD testing and thats it.

The entire staff has been really great, with one exception: I've clashed with their security guards on two separate occasions. Some of them are rude and need sensitivity training. I am the nicest person in the world, so I don't appreciate rudeness at all.

i can’t stress enough about how unorganized this place has constantly been throughout the years, i understand it’s hundreds of patients and a handle full of staff but man i have to take time out of my job, waste gas to get here only for them to fail me, almost ALL the time something wrong happens. ALWAYS.

Place needs to replace the ceo and get new staff

Terrible blocked me from receiving gender affirming care. The providers take too many clients, back logging the referral process from the max 15 days required by law(department of managed healthcare) to over 6 months.

If you’re chronically ill and require communication with your doctor, please don’t go here. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and it seems it’s only gotten worse. The Call center people are lovely and do what they can but you’re just another number

I've been a client of the LGBT Center for years now and they've always taken very good care of me. My health is really good thanks to Dr. Alvarado and all the Nurses. A special thanks to all of you at the Gay and Lesbian Center.

This marked my first visit at the medical clinic located inside the Los Angeles LGBT Center in Hollywood. As a straight person one might assume that this clinic serves the LGBTQIA+ community only, but that's not the case at all. They welcome straight people just as warmly, and the compassion you feel throughout the facility is real. The love and positive energy in the air is very comforting to me. The clinic is very clean and there is advanced technology everywhere. Waiting time is minimal. Helpful Security makes the place feel safe and welcoming. Many thanks to wonderful customer service rep. Daniel, who took my initial phone call, recognized the urgency of my case and was able to squeeze me in. I was first seen by Cynthia Casasola, MA and then by Alyssa Bolter, PA-C. They both took time to learn about my needs and treated me with utmost kindness and empathy. I can't express enough, how much I appreciate their help and support with my case. I feel truly heard and seen. After my visit, I also got general lab work done, which was also a positive experience with very kind staff members. And how relaxing is it to have "The Little Mermaid" play on the TV instead of a dreadful news channel 😊💗 This was a truly amazing experience and I'm so grateful to now be part of this awesome, caring community.
