Super clean, convenient and spacious. Very elegant design!

A very cozy space! It was perfect for our brief visit. Super cute! The check-in was really easy and convenient, just as described. We booked through Airbnb and the host was very responsive and accomodating. Street parking was also pretty easy and available (at least on a weekday). We loved its convenient location near downtown Madison. The only regret was that our visit was so short. Would love to enjoy this apartment for a longer stay in the future!

Love that this hotel is dog-friendly and has a lovely kitchen. It is so practically designed and comfortable and walking distance to the water.

I genuinely can’t explain the NIGHTMARE this business has caused. Imagine booking a room 6 months in advance, being charged for it in full, and them not reserving the room at all for you that you booked for 7 people. I planned an entire trip around this location being the perfect spot for a bachelorette party. They took my money, gave me a confirmation number, and DID NOT RESERVE THE 7 PERSON ROOM FOR ME. Now I need to find another place that fits 7 people in under 2 weeks. And when I talked to the staff, all they did was offer me a 1 bedroom room and 10% off. This has been a literal nightmare. I’ve planned this for 6 months and spent thousands of dollars all for it to mean absolutely nothing. You all should really be disgusted in the business you’ve done while you still have my money.

Great property with new, modern decor. Comfortable lobby for taking an early morning meeting and pleasant patio. Access to entire oreorty is keyless and simple. Great support if needed by phone or messaging. Right in the heart of Madison with many parks, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.

Property Management was very responsive and helpful! The location is amazing and in walking distance to a lot of things. And 5 Stars to the cleaning crew because this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at! Would definitely stay here again!

Very new, nice, easy entry with code, no key to keep track o Very nice and convenient located and simple and easy access to the garage building and the Rio with the personal passcode. Nice to not keep track or worry about a key. Also a pretty good location as far as Madison as a whole. 7 minute walk to the capital square with great dining options and good bars as well as farmers markets on saturdays and concerts on te square. State street begins with about a 10 minute walk and so on from there. Nice clean and safe environment and an accommodation staff that is on top of any concerns that arise in a timely matter. Nothing but good things to say about a visit to this location. The room is equipped with everything you need to live as well. Washer dryers, dishwasher, stove, microwave and utensils to eat along with plate, glasses and bowls. Good price for the location, the quality of the building and what comes along with your unit. Could make it what you want by saving money by utilizing the kitchen provided and if a long trip, might be good to boom in the middle of your trip if it worked out that way for you with the ability to do laundry and a nice hassle free easy going location and atmosphere and ability to not eat fast food or at a table with serve or what not, your own comfort food and closer to normalcy is closer with the amenities provided. I will be back!!

Would never stay again. No on site staff- pain to check in and super noisy. Not shocked after learning it was unstaffed that it was a mess. Tv was not connected to cable or WiFi and locked during use. Wouldn’t be an issue if there were staff on site.

Great location to walk to most venues, restaurants and shops. A much nicer place to stay than a hotel, has a lot of amenities like a home away from home. Very cozy and definitely recommend! Super nice to be able to cook food and use a washer and dryer if needed. We'll be staying again!

Great location!!! Great neighborhood and amazing community. Though in town for a funeral. I enjoyed my stay at The Dylin.

The Dylin is beautiful. Everything looks and feels new and stylish. The bed was super comfortable nice quality bedding. Having a washer and dryer in the room was super helpful too. The location is great and close enough to walk to the Capital. It was quiet and I slept great here. Highly recommended!!!

Room was comfortable and had everything I could possibly need. Location was close to downtown so could walk to restaurants.
