YVE Hotel Miami

This hotel is clearly racist, we booked a room for $300.00 for one night. Get to the hotel the girl at the front desk gives us attitude from the beginning. I say do I give you the key for the valet she says no give it to him, I said well he said give it to you. She rolls her eyes and say give it to him. So my mom checks in, I’m already over it. We checked in at 7:45pm and called downstairs at 9 to tell them we have no sheets and comforters for the bed and the pull out, she tells us that we should of called earlier because we got here at 2pm. We drove from Georgia and left Georgia at 11am how would we be in Miami at 2:15, so she says her computer says we checked in at 2:15pm I said how and you checked us in and the valet text says 7:48pm. She looks at me as if I’m crazy, I said I shouldn’t have to call about the necessities that should come with $300.00 room and yet it’s 12pm we’re still waiting for sheets and things while my mom is cold. Needless to say if you want to be treat as a low class citizen then come here, but I know I would never be back here EVER.

I’m giving YVE Hotel Miami 3 stars. During my two-day stay, they never replenished the water in my room and didn’t remove the trash from either the bathroom or the room, which is something basic that should definitely be improved. Also, the room was much smaller than expected. The best part of the hotel was definitely the valet parking service — that was truly 5 stars. The staff was fast, friendly, and very efficient. Thanks to them, the overall experience was much better. I have been trying to contact you to receive a copy of my invoice by email due to a charge on my credit card that I do not recognize. It has been very difficult to get in touch with someone. Could you please contact me so I can receive my receipt by email and understand what this charge on my credit card is for, as I have no idea what it relates to? Thank you very much.

I didn't like this hotel. Expensive and the rooms are really tiny.

Last week I stayed in this hotel for work purposes they took 700$ of deposit ( I was ok with it ) but at the end they took 197.75$ I have been trying to call and sending emails and all my calls and mails have been ignored . I did my check out on time even making housekeeping job easy . They didn’t send any invoice or proof of anything broken . I don’t recommend this kind of service at all . I’m still expecting management can reach me out

Room was smaller than I expected for the price. It was smaller than a cruise ship room barely room to walk around the bed. We stayed on the PH floor which would have been nice if the small window hadn't been almost 6' from the floor. Was hard to look out the window to see the sights of the city unless you wanted to look up at the buildings around you. Staff was very professional and helpful, location was great, just was not impressed with the room at all.

This is a hotel scam. They charge credit cards for no reason whatsoever. They're just trying to rip people off. That's unacceptable. They never gave a reason or answered any questions. When you're already leaving Miami, the charge comes through and they don't respond at all!
