Hôtel The Pfister

Most favorite hotel in all of wisconsin. Exquisite environment outstanding service. There's always an art exhibition and featured artist in the gallery off of the lobby Generally accomplished pianist to add atmosphere, grace and elegance. I've been going here for years. Upstairs is the wonderful lounge bar Restaurant there for breakfast in the morning You never have to leave the building. We go to the ballet often and this is where we stay.

This hotel was amazing! Beautiful lobby, super nice and comfortable room, excellent service. Stayed 3 nights in a king room in the historical section. Loved the coffee shop, the lobby bar and Blu lounge. Very classy. Highly recommend!

Really outstanding. Great rooms. Exceptional service. The old world / old money vibe is really nice. They play a documentary on the hotel tv about the history of the hotel which is super fascinating. Highly recommend. Check out Blu when you go. Lounge at the top of the hotel for some skyline vibes.

We are having a quick overnight stay in a one bedroom suite here at the Pfister and have loved the experience. This hotel is over 100 years old but the rooms have been nicely updated. The ownership group did a really nice job at blending the old school charm of this establishment with modern updates. In any event, this property is definitely the place to stay while visiting Milwaukee which means that we couldn't recommend the Pfister highly enough!

Location is great and rooms are very nice and comfortable. Service is where Pfister truly stands out, starting with our first interaction with Kristin at the front desk. Would also like to mention how attentive and friendly the whole staff in the club lounge have been. Definitely would make this our stay everytime we visit Milwaukee.

Wow. Amazing place. Celebrated my birthday and our anniversary here, it was our first time, and we are going to make it a yearly tradition to come back every year. The main thing/people that will definitely make us come back for sure is Dragica and Peter. They were so hospitable and so professional. These two are definitely keepers. As long as they are, here, we will keep coming back. The whole experience was wonderful

Dragica in the private club upstairs is a class act and one of the most hospitable people I have ever met in the service industry. The hotel overall is a 5 star experience

Phenomenal Stay! The Pfister is such a beautiful hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the beauty and elegance of the environment. The staff was so friendly, courteous, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel did not go unnoticed and truly added to the overall experience. We loved having multiple dining options available, and we can honestly attest that they were all excellent since we tried them all… and visited the café more than once… lol. We also ordered room service, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious 😊 We reserved a suite, and it was absolutely stunning… elegant, spacious, quiet, and very well equipped. It was fascinating to see how beautifully they upgraded the rooms with a more contemporary touch while still preserving the incredible history and heritage of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, which I always appreciate. I also treated myself to the spa experience, and it was FABULOUS!!!! They truly made me feel like the “Queen of England” 😄 The massage was phenomenal, the spa was spotless, and the entire experience was relaxing and luxurious. My only negative comment… I wish it would have lasted longer… lol. We did not use the indoor pool located on the 23rd floor, but even just seeing it was worth it… WHAT A VIEW of the city and water!!! WOW!!! Absolutely breathtaking. The hotel’s location was also perfect — very close to the Public Market and many other attractions. Last but certainly not least, the collection of Victorian art displayed throughout the hotel was incredible, and of course… that breathtaking ceiling… WOW!!! Absolutely stunning. We were so glad we chose The Pfister for our stay and definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Milwaukee!

Beautiful place in the heart of Milwaukee. The clubroom of the tower has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan.
