Norseman Distillery

Overall, I would not recommend. Maybe the weekend crew would be more experienced, but don't go during the week. Awesome atmosphere. Absolutely love the artwork display. Ice water at the table. Waitress did a great job keeping the water flowing! Ordered the Passion Peach Fizz and it was, meh. It was mostly lemon juice. My friend got the Bartender's choice: Earl Grey Margarita. However, it was not made with tequila. My friend does not recommend. My other friend ordered the Classic Old Fashioned, which she really enjoyed! Definitely recommend! We also ordered the Honey and Rye Ricotta appetizer and while the flavor is nice when eaten altogether, the crackers were not the correct consistency. There was also a little too much honey included to be considered a drizzle. It overpowered the ricotta a bit too much. We did learn that the menu was redone and still fresh, so I confidence that it will improve through trial and error!

The bartenders completely missed/lost our drinks twice. The server brought them to the wrong table the second time. The food and drinks were fine, but not worth this level of service. It was pretty dead inside the dining area as well, and a lot of things seemed disorganized. I did appreciate the number of options on the menu and that my dietary restriction was at least remembered.

I hosted a welcome drinks event for ~80 guests at Norseman the night before my wedding and was incredibly impressed by the quality of the service, drinks, and overall atmosphere. We had originally reserved the outdoor patio space, but unexpected sideways rain forced us indoors. The staff at Norseman was exceptionally gracious and accommodating and helped us transition inside, which we all greatly appreciated. Our guests had a wonderful time, and many commented on how much they enjoyed the DJ and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Norseman for any private event, and I'm confident both my husband and I (and many of our guests!) will be back in the future.
