Cambria Hotel West Orange

The reason that my rating is so low is that I stayed here twice and none of the computers in the office (for guest use) work. I stayed here seven months ago, and they promised to fix them, and they’re still broken. It tells me that management is pretty hands-off and doesn’t really care !

My First time going to this hotel in West Orange only issues that I have was the lights and cable definitely cable keep going on and off due to the fact it was raining out there that's probably a normal thing out there nice hotel in the walk-in shower needs better door or raise it up a little do not want to step out the shower on a wet floor

Beware, this hotel is liable to cancel your reservation on your planned arrival date. We were schedule to arrive at around 5pm. At 12:14pm, they didnt even have the courtesy to call, but only emailed that the room type we booked was no longer available, and they had no other rooms for the full length of our reservation. I don't know if this is an acceptable business practice in the hospitality industry. I do know I've traveled quite a bit for work in the last 17 years, and I have never had this happen before. So, again, beware.

I would like to Thank Victoria at the front desk for her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is very professional, dress professional and represent Cambria Hotel brand correctly. [Note: I dont say this about everyone at this hotel. I have been in the customer service field for over 25 years. I know GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when i see one.] She have been very kind, patient and very accommodating to my needs. THANK YOU VICTORIA. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago when I took my daughter out to New Jersey for school. I was happy with the experience so I booked there again for her graduation. The rooms were clean and large but I was disappointed with the housekeeping. It was a struggle to get clean towels and have the trash taken out. Even when I asked for trash bags to take out the trash, I was told they didn't have any. Upon check in, no one explained the housekeeping policy and I only found out they service rooms after 3 days of being there. It would be nice to have the bags available to take the trash out daily. They also advertised breakfast everyday, but when we went for breakfast there was nothing there. We also asked for coffee for the Keurig and the front desk was too busy looking up instagram nail style over helping with more coffee cups. We also asked for additional blankets and bedding for the pull out sofa and the only thing available were sheets. I would reconsider staying here again, based on my experience this time.

We live in Pa and traveled to Jersey for family funeral. We stayed over so we would be able to be on time for the serves. Very nice Hotel, clean, comfortable beds. Victoria greeted us at the desk and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel. I enjoyed the lounge area as someone who works on the go. The lounge chairs are comfortable. With ample space, a nice personal tv in the space and charging stations as well. There’s also a convenient printer for guests and a fire place. As well as an outdoor seating for nice days. Would recommend and return.
